History

Established in 2013.

Steffanie Brooks-​Aguilar, MS, has worked as a Marriage & Family therapist intern for 5 years and specialized in divorce recovery, co-​parenting and family issues in order to break the cycle of divorce in families. She realized through time that her passion and skill with helping others move forward through pain with quick results and compassion were better suited for coaching and so it began. She is strictly coaching now and has expanded her passion to include workshops and low-​cost coaching groups.

Steffanie has her masters degree in Clinical Psychology and has over 20 years of personal recovery from childhood abuse. She has developed insight and communication skills that move her clients very quickly through the healing process without losing care and compassion for their journey. She and her husband live in Laguna Niguel Ca. and enjoy making Hawaiian art and hiking in the local hills.
