The property management aspect of my real estate businss came about because of the need for a knowledgeable and ethical professional to assist owners that already owned property and required assistance in the accounting arena and procurring tenants that were top notch. Negotiating all aspects of owning the property from repairs to tenant concerns. For those out of state owners this has been pivotal for them. References avail on request

Actually was Manager of several Doctors office’s in my early years and then became a sales manager for the California/​Nevada area in the fashion Eyewear businss, Started my own Eyewear company importing from Europe to high end boutiques including Amen Wardys with his own brand. Entered the Real Estate business as I wanted to work close to home and integrate with the community. Have been licensed for over 30 yrs, own property in laguna and raised a family here.
