History

Established in 2010.

OC Residential Property Management was founded two brokers, Jeff Basford and Ziad Najm. We created our management business in response to customer requests for support and feedback after helping them acquire, renovate, list and lease residential investment properties. Previously a partnership of our two brokerages, after successfully building our portfolio of managed properties we rebranded 2014 as OC Residential Property Management.
