After more than 3 months we finally got our bathroom remodel completed. I must say that after all the delays, it turned out really nice. Avi and Ginadi stepped in and took over the project, they listened to our concerns and rectified the issues. They made sure till the last moment that that the job was completed according to our expectations.

A salesperson named Guy from this company is like a used car salesman. From the moment he came in he tried to sell us upgrades that we did not need or want. We told him this several times and would not listen. Not only did that happen but he refused to give us a bid price after we asked 3 times. He stated the price doesn’t matter as much as the work. After that we asked him to leave. Based on our experience I would pass on this company.

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I share my recent experience of extensive home renovation by treeium. This was my first remodeling, so I was a bit nervous, also I did n’t know precisely what to expect. After having three recommendations from Home Adviser, I decided to try treeium first. I called treeium and meeting was set up with Shay Cohen project manager. In our initial meeting, Shay took the time to carefully consider the project and he clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He did not rush or make any promises that he could not follow through. Having first meeting with Shay I decided to choose treeium. Creteria that I used was level of comfort and trust with Shay. I felt that he was sincere and honest.
Shay possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent project manager. I have only the highest amount of praise for him as a professional, diligent, responsive, courteous, informative, reliable accessible, patient, farther more friendly, always caring about my needs and ready to help. That ‘s not it he shopped with me for appliances and furniture.
I would like to personally thank Shay for taking me through very exciting journey in renovating my home, also adding an extra layer of confidence to the process by stopping almost every day to check on the crew «progress.
Treeium should be proud of such resources like Shay, who can bring in goodwill for treeium as he presented the company with class.
From my initial meeting with Shay to negotiation, contracts, structural designs, interior designs, and construction, cleaning and rearranging furniture etc, my experience have been fantastic. Construction team worked very hard and for long hours. They were courteous, professional and friendly. Each evening they would clean up and dispose off the day’s garbage. Every morning it was pleasure to see them back .I am very much pleased with their exemplary attitude and work ethics.
It is hard to put into words that how much I love new look of my home. It is absolutely gorgeous.
The quality of workmanship is unbelievable and of high quality. The experience at each phase of construction was superior. All these tasks were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competency, humility, integrity and grace. There had been many more addition to the project, but it completed way before deadline.
The personal attention, I received and the attention paid to every detail was impressive.
Wonderful transformation and exceptional service with results that exceeded my expectation.
Moreover whole process was pain and stress free.
In the end, I thank each and everyone of you, who involved in this process and made my dream true.

We did waterproofing on our foundation and french drain with Treeium. Aharon Ron Poliker was our project manager and Martin Alvarez was hired by Treeium to do the work. I am so pleased with the work, they assessed our issues, guided us through the whole process and finished the work in a timely manner. We are looking forward to this coming winter for a dry basement.

We had a major flooding problem in our basement during heavy rainstorms. Our house is also at the bottom of a hill and a stream of water floods down the side of the house affecting the foundation. Aharon Poliker came in, assessed it, was very real and straightforward with the work at hand. Would be happy to hire them again for future work.

The garage renovation was finished last year November 2015 by Treeium.
Last few months, post work complications occurred, initially, Guy was a project manager who was attentive and answered all the questions, however, when problems
recurred, available less or long wait to be responded to solve the problems.
They assigned me to Avi Matalon and Shay to take over the post complications.
Avi was efficient, responded to my emails in a speedy manner, followed up on workers,
and supervised finishing job on site.
Avi and Shay are the valuable staff members at Treeium.

We first met Ron Poliker from Treeium when we were looking to remodel our kitchen, replace the flooring and paint our living room.
Ron was very friendly and he did’nt try to push us into signing a contract right away. He met with us three times to make sure we were comfortable with the scope of our remodeling contract.
We agreed on refacing our cabinets, replacing the counter tops, back splash, floors and installing two new pantry cabinets.
The work was performed by Treeium’s crew and primarily by Ramon Nerya. Ramon was super knowledgeable and he did a lot of work for us that was not part of the original contract. He also made sure our house was cleaned-​up prior to leaving.
Additionally, Ron’s assistant Idan visited each day and resolved any open issues.
In the end, our remodeling project came out great and we are very happy with the final result. My wife is looking forward to using her new kitchen again.

Initially they were very pushy. They wanted us to sign a contract the day of the initial bid. Apparently we had a special «friends and family» code that was only good for one day. The code was first mentioned to be 15% off then later 5% off. It was a total scam. We ended up using them for one cabinet. It was time consuming and the one cabinet ended up being as much as two of my custom made vanities.

I just want to acknowledge what an amazing experience I had when I hired Raz from Treeium to complete my kitchen remodeling project. He was very professional, prompt, honest and it was an honor to work with him. My kitchen looks beautiful, inviting and I can not be happier with the outcome. Thank you Raz and Treeium Inc.

I had an excellent and pleasant experience with Treeium company. Especially with Raz (Project Manager). From the first meeting with Raz I knew I am talking to a professional. Raz explain to me the whole process of my bathroom /​Kitchen remodeling, he was very pleasant and informative. I got more estimates from other contractors, and although Treeium wasn’t the cheapest, I can not be happier. My bathroom is bigger and much nicer (thanks to Raz’s good ideas) and I’m absolutely in love with my new kitchen.

Agree with negative reviews: very pushy timeshare/​car sales tactics to get you as a client. The project took 3 times longer. The quality of work is subpar. We had a nightmare with tile– first, I expect professional company like this to have one specialist per field of work eg tile specialist, plumber, electrician, because then a person knows what he is doing not do-​it-​all kind of guy. Our worker didn’t know how to cut glass tiled for backsplash in the kitchen, and didn’t have the right tool, so he just cut as he could leaving edges uneven and left it like that. Of course I asked to change it where it was most visible, but was very disappointed. Then neither he nor project manager Ron knew how to lay the long floor tile (can not be offset 50%, has to be 30% — it even says that on most tile packaging boxes). They didn’t even out the floor, put it on the wrong material and did 50% offset, of course the tile didn’t set right, so we had to find a professional who redid it (at company’s expense), but it took me a lot of arguing and convincing that it’s their mistake, they were trying to say it’s my floor that is not supported, crooked etc and nothing can be done. Guess what– the professional tile guy that we found was amazed at the bad job Treeium did and redid everything correctly and the floor is now solid and even.
By contract they were supposed to prepare the walls for painting (prime it) and I wanted to paint myself. I came home from work and it was painted over the patched holes with lots of unevenness and patching visible under paint. When I pointed that out to Ron and asked if they were supposed to at least smooth out the patching — he started arguing surprised that naïve me wanted them to smooth out the wall!) I left it as is, I didn’t have any nerves left at that point. In general, Ron would argue with anything and talk over me, coming up with excuses why things were done this or that way.
The bathroom tile is uneven and the grout is done poorly and starting to wash out…
I expected much more for the money, the quality is not what I paid for.
PS: I appreciate your response, but half of what you are saying is not true! I didn’t request additional work, Ron didn’t understand initially what I requested to be done, I didn’t change anything, your company started work even though I was away for a bit over a week, so that wasn’t an issue, I definitely DID NOT request an offset of 50%, it was incompetence of your workers, plus bad quality work that had to be redone, which was admitted by both the worker and Ron. Your response is very representative of the way everything was handled– excuses and blaming the client for your faults. Definitely not recommending your company!

We needed to have repairs done to our home after we already moved out of state, so we had to find someone we could trust.
I worked with Guy Breuer last year on a bathroom remodel that I was very happy with, so I decided to use him again for the long-​distance projects. Guy and his team did not disappoint! He was in constant communication with me, and sent pictures on a regular basis. We really felt like Guy was insuring the projects were completed as we wanted, and he upheld the integrity of the work. We had work done on our foundation, interior walls, and floors of the home, and couldn’t be happier.

Guy from Treeium has been very helpful and attentive managing my kitchen and bathroom remodeling (or renewal) project.
At the end of the project, Treeium made sure everything was taking care of, including taking apart already-​made walls in the bathroom to stop a drip. Pretty cool!

As expected with every renovation project, we experienced numerous hiccups, slowdowns and indecisive moments. Luger was great in communicating with us, and his honesty in some of our design decisions (sometimes as blunt as saying «That will look terrible») helped us design the kitchen and master bathroom of our dreams.
If you’re looking for the fastest work possible, Treeium may not be for you. If the quality of work and contractors/​project managers that are there to help you with each step of the process sound good, then I’d recommend giving these guys a try.
For a large company, their prices are very reasonable, and any adjustments/​additional work are completed quickly and priced exceptionally well.

Although our job hasn’t been fully finished yet, this review is for our experience with Treeium so far.
We are extremely happy that we decided to go with Treeium as our contractor. Even though they were not the cheapest, something told me from the beginning that they were going to do amazing work and not be a hassle to deal with. I was deathly afraid after hearing horror stories of having to chase after contractors that fail to show up at your home on time and stretch the job by weeks to months from initial estimated completion. Although we are only about half way through, I can attest to both of our project manager — Raz & Itay’s — responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism. Due to the fact that we are at work for the most part, they send me constant alerts, updates, and even pictures on a daily basis on the progress so I am in the loop at all times. Just amazing and exactly what I was looking for, so we can give undivided attention when at work during the day!
The actual contractors on our site is amazing also, as they helped provide us with options on the pattern for all the tiling work so we can ensure that it’s exactly the way we wanted it. It really showed that they cared and I couldn’t be more pleased. Also they are able to do such minimal grouts at ¹⁄₈ or ¹⁄₁₆ inch so your tile work looks seamless.
So far, I feel like we are definitely getting our money worth and I can’t wait to see the end results!

First I must say that i am a realtor that deals with contractors and remodeling on a day to day basis. I can tell a good and honest contractor from a bad one in a heart beat.
After searching through weeks and weeks of various contractors I met Aharon Ron Poliker from Treeium Lafayette. He called to confirm our appointment. When I arrived he was 5 min early. We walked the property discussing wants, needs and most important budgeting. He immediately suggested to go the legal way and get drawings for removing walls and layout. Aharon Poliker offered a very reasonable price for that first step and finished it earlier than promised. Then we met again and we figured out a game plan through my budget of what needed to be done and what can be done at a later time. The most important thing Aharon Poliker did was give me options and time line. Every step was thought out with a backplan if needed. I have a baby at home and once Aharon found out that our pipes were rusted, he immediately informed us and suggested to replace the pipes for the health of the baby at a low cost, I thank him for that!!!
The project is in the bay area (Oakland) and Aharon went out of his way and flew to LA and met with my parents to assure their son is being taken care of. The quality of work is exceptional. Aharon has since finished but as promised he is a phone call away. I will use Aharon and Treeium from this day forward for any of my needs!!!

Worst contractors ever. Accepted job and then did not provide service and now wont give money back. Only use them if you want to get ripped off

We’d been remodeling our home on the SF Peninsula for almost 20 years, so when we bought our 1920 Craftsman in Oakland this last year, we had to start over finding new contractors. I use a rather rigorous interview and bidding process — a half dozen contractors were considered for the final stage of remodeling our garage (which we’d already had re-​roofed and laid a new foundation) — converting it into a work space, upgrading the interior walls, electrical, environmental, and doors.
During my interviews, Guy Breuer from Treeium stood out as the most helpful in walking through all of the details of the project bid. Their references were solid, licence checked out, and most importantly he helped us understand alternatives for several items on our wishlist we didn’t know anything about — for example a reasonable heating/​cooling solution for this space that didn’t require 1) any plumbing or gas, 2) Would be safe under all conditions, and 3) Not cost as much as some of the other contractors proposals (under-​tile heating, for example.)
We were adamant that the work be performed with City of Oakland Permits. This was a sticking point with many contractors. Some said «You don’t need that…» and another said «Wait. I don’t think you can do this work under permit without significant delays/​costs/​restrictions.» What we were looking for was a contractor that could help us make any changes to bring the project goals into compliance with city codes! Treemium was one of the few bidders that was able to do this with us.
When Guy came back with a bid, it was not the cheapest, but it was significantly less expensive than the only other full-​detailed bid we’d received.
The work itself had a few hiccups along the way, as had every project in all the many remodels we’d done before. [For example, Treeium had to fire the first electrical subcontractor for incompetence — crappy wiring. The replacement was quite professional.]
All during the project, Guy made himself available via text/​phone, and helped us with particular purchases and tasks to make things go smoothly.
In the end, garage was done well, on time, and on budget. Hope to have a reason to work with this contractor again.

We liked Treeium initially, but the Treeium employee who came to our home was very pushy to get us into contract. High pressure sales tactics. He knows his stuff and the photos on his iPad are helpful to look at, but we felt insulted during our consult and during a follow up meeting. Honestly, who asks someone to sign a contract the first time they step foot into your house? Especially when they know you are interviewing other firms.
Out of three companies we met with, Treeium was the most expensive. They claim to «have an army of workers behind them» and everything will be top notch, but that just means there is more overhead than when you use a smaller contractor.
We were not provided with a written quote. We asked a few different times. He was like, «Why should I give you something in writing? Just so you can compare it to the other bids?» We left the ball in Treeium’s court. They were supposed to follow up with something in writing, but didn’t. That along with the fast talking sales pitch really turned us off and we no longer would consider working with this company.
Also, we are having some structural stuff done in the attic because beams, walls, and posts are being removed in order to open up our kitchen completely. The Treeium employee did take a few photos in the attic (which was helpful) and told us the structural work we need done will cost $ 15k-​$ 20k. I knew he was shooting for the stars and said no way that kind of work for such a small space will cost so much. And wouldn’t you know, we had a structural engineer sign off on drawings ($ 400) and the beam needed is less than $ 3k. Nice try Treeium.
If you are looking to overspend, check these guys out.
