We also specialize in Apartment Turnovers working with over a dozen Landlords and nearly 50 buildings. History

Established in 2012.

CoCo County Construction began in early 2012 when owner Ryan Clark quit his job as a Paralegal and Resolution Services Associate to pursue his true passion.

Very early on Ryan knew he loved building things and was a natural. In High School he was Foreman of Woodshop and built a Cedar Chest from Mahogany and Cherry which went onto win 1^st place in the County Fair for ages 15 to 21. Later on it won Best in the State Of California.

The son of an Investment Real Estate Broker and owner of multiple rental properties, Ryan began doing most of the maintenance and all of the turnovers and remodels for his father in buildings mostly located in the Oakland area.

CoCo County Construction and Handyman Services soon originated as several other Property Owners began using Ryan and his newly formed Construction and Handyman Services.

Several years later and our company is continuing to do excellent work with an unmatched attention to detail some may even call OCD’ish.
