I was born and raised in the East Bay and have been selling East Bay real estate for twelve years. I began at Coldwell Banker, but I’ve mainly been with RE/​MAX. I’ve received Top Producer awards from both companies.

The way I treat my clients is a direct reflection of the good moral principles I learned as an Eagle Scout. I always work hard for my clients, I always protect their best interests and my integrity is never for sale.

A few things that set me apart from my competitors are my area knowledge, my experience with developers and investors, my negotiating and valuation skills, and most importantly my commitment and methods to getting my sellers the highest price, and getting my buyers the most value for their money.

Bryce just helped us get our first home, in Concord, and he was really wonderful to work with. We bid on, and got, the first house he showed us! We felt like he was advocating for us the whole time, definitely on our side and trying to get us the best deal we could get. He is very knowledgeable and he was very good at patiently sharing that knowledge with us, so we felt very informed about the whole process. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions :) He organized everything, from communications with the other realtor to inspections to appointments with the title company, and just made everything so easy. He seems to work all hours of the day, also weekends, and is always easy to get ahold of. We trusted him completely and I would totally recommend him to anyone.

Bryce is the best! We were looking for the home in the East Bay since our apartment rent skyrocketed and Bryce was super knowledgeable about each town and neighborhood. He encouraged us to check out cities that we didn’t consider before, and we ended up finding a house that met all of our requirements, and considerably under-​budget, in Concord!
Bryce was reliable, professional, and always went up to bat for us when the time came for it. He’s a guy we’ll be using for all our future homes!

We just bought a house in El Cerrito. It was our third house we bid on, and we were in contract less than three months after we started bidding with Bryce Greenfield despite low winter season and Holidays. Plus a limited budget and multiple requirements (and we are not all cash buyers).
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bryce and I recommend him without any hesitation. Both my husband and I enjoyed working with him and consider him a friend. He is endlessly patient, a great listener, an incredibly pleasant person to deal with and wonderful with even the prickliest clients (like I consider myself). You should at least meet him.

Bryce is an excellent real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable of the East bay and can pin point good and bad areas with ease. This is certainly crucial, as no one wants to invest in a bad location and have to deal with high crime, etc. Bryce works very hard for you and quick to respond. If he is unable to be reached, he always gives you advanced notice. His candor and tips helped ensure that I found a place that fit my budget but also was something that I would be happy to live in. I never felt pressured to buy anything. He explained everything, every step of the way and totally made a stressful event, a lot easier to get through. His ability to recommend lenders, contractors, etc also makes this more of a complete package over someone who sends you on your way to people that they don’t even work with. Success depends on a knowledgeable agent, a patient one and a resourceful one. Bryce is certainly all 3 and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a real estate agent.

Bryce knows his stuff, being a first time homebuyer is extremely stressful, however Bryce made it much easier for us. We looked at homes from Castro Valley to Oakland and we decided to buy a home is San Leandro. Bryce is resourceful and is very competent; he knows a lot about FHA programs and walked us through the whole process. FHA’s are never straight forward for those of you thinking of going that route, it helps when the real-​estate agent truly understands the process before submitting an offer… it will save you a lot of grief.
