I have had other HVAC techs trying to sell me a whole new unit while only the minor tune up is required. This time around, one of my units in Concord is having AC issues, I called Bill after reading these reviews and was hoping for the best. He returned my call and made it to the appointment. He was very curious to my tenants and promptly fixed the problem. A capacitor that drives the fan broke. $ 150 total and saved me the trip to the property.
Highly recommending Bill. He didn’t disappoint me and brought back my hope for honest people out there.
