Happy Nails

I’ve always felt well taken care of at this one. I did not like the one up on corporate drive. This one was smaller and I felt better run. They always do cute designs that I find on Pinterest and do an awesome job.

Holly does my nails. I get a fill every two weeks, and a pedi. She is always on time and prod idea great service. I have been going here for years.

Let me just say that I have never felt the need to write a negative review for anywhere until now. I went today and because of a medical condition I can only get one hand done. I have never had this be a problem before. Today I was charged $ 30 FOR ONE HAND! And she filed/​cut my nails so short that my hands are now all cut up. I’ve been to this location before and have never paid more than $ 20 for one hand! I will never be returning here! So upsetting!

I don’t usually go to this salon but was waiting for my daughter to be done with an appointment so I thought I would run in quickly. All I needed was a polish change. I have shortish nails w/​an acrylic overlay. I brought my own polish and was done in less than 10 minutes. Great! Now, I’m not a cheap person but was charged $ 10 for this. I have never paid more than $ 5 for a polish change. It’s not that the amount was soooooo expensive… it’s that I felt like I got ripped off. When I acted surprised at the $ 10 charge the lady at the front desk said «it’s because you have acrylic… it’s different than regular». Hmmm… you removed my polish (same for both) and painted the nails (same for both)…how is that different? More labor intensive? C’mon Happy Nails! Again… girl that did my nails was fine — polish job was fine. Price a little high — insulting my intelligence laughable.

I am a first time customer to this location and got ripped off and will not be going back. They advertise a $ 29 mani/​pedi Mon-​Th. They showed me a placard half way through for more services. I pointed to the $ 35 cheapest mani/​pedi and asked if that was $ 29, they said yes, it’s Tue. When I checked out they charged me $ 50! They said I got charged extra for paraffin wax. I told them I never asked for it. They then said that they do it unless I don’t ask for it. What??? Since when do I have to tell the manicurist that I don’t want callus removed or eyebrows waxed or flower or paraffin wax? So, at this business you have to tell them everything you don’t want or they’ll do it and charge you. Horrible! Also, I tried to use a Shop and Dine Ladera Ranch $ 5 off coupon and they wouldn’t accept it!

This is my first time here and I loved it Jessie did a awesome job she’s a front person and help me with my Ingrown nails I will come back again!!! !!! She’s the specialist in this spa ask for you will be happy as me!!!

Only giving one star for the massage chair. I received a pedicure from a disinterested and rude lady. She practically fell asleep during the massage which was a waste of time. She didn’t even massage my feet. Not to mention that I had been in here a year ago for an eyebrow wax which left the area above my eyelid droopy. Now instead of waxing my eyebrow I changed to threading.

Taylor did a nice job on my pink & white fill. I was just annoyed that she kept answering her phone and having full blown conversations with whomever was on the line. Then she kept speaking to the nail tech in the next chair in her native language and pretty much ignoring me and their other customer. I won’t be back.

I have been going here for almost 3 years. I love it here. I always see Holly And Nancy. I also take my 7 year old daughter here and they treat her like a queen.

Awful. My husband and I went in for mani/​pedis. He ended up getting an infection on his toe.

I’m a loyal customer that has been getting my pedicure and manicure done over and over for many years. I spend at least 500 dollar a months for all nails service that includes waxing.
I only trust loni and Kelly to taking care of what I need.
Today, I brought my 11 year old daughter. As we walk in we are greeted by front desk, her name Jenni. We tell her that we need color change and prefer female person who will assist her.
Than When I look at my daughter and she has service by male manicurist. Than I comfort her, I have told Jenni that my 11 years old daughter will not like to be service or touch my male. she has ignored it. Than I come to Loni and let her know the situation and she suddenly took an action.
I’d like to complaint about Jenni. if she is acting a front desk or floor manager she should able to get me solutions. If she had told me earlier that none female is available I could wait or find another place.
My suggestion that manager listen more careful to minor.

Do not waste your money here! I do not say this lightly… They are definitely one of the worst nail salons! Not only did they do a horrible fill for me. One of the prepping product they used was so old it smelt like something rotten. I gagged:/ when I asked why was the product so stinky she just continued to work. She knew it smelled bad too:(as she was filling my nails she completely sawed my skin with the file and now I have a major cut. Didn’t say sorry just got more annoyed with having to do my nails. I didn’t mention to them but I can actually understand/​talk Vietnamese but because I don’t look Vietnamese they just talked so much crap very freely about me! Beware they really don’t care about you. just your money. One of the things said was how to trick people with charging more. Such bad business and ethics! Because I was one of the last ones she didn’t even have me wash my hands. Overall this place is disgusting!!! I spend $ 53 (fill/​pedi) which I would have gladly paid if they were good:(I hate to leave bad reviews but I seriously am trying really prevent this from happening to someone else who deserves to get the nails done right without crap talking in Vietnamese. I feel bad for those that don’t understand the language & don’t know that they are talking badly about you. Even when they are smiling at you and saying stuff in Vietnamese. They are talking sh*t about you!

Unfortunately most of their bail polishes are very watered down and old. I’ve tried this place a few times and give up. Each franchise is independently owned and operated, so I just don’t recommend this location.

I’ll start off by saying I do not recommend this place. I got acrylics done there and it was awful. First of all, communication was terrible. Customer service was terrible. They made the acrylics go over my skin on the sides of the nail and they were all messy. When I asked them to change something they looked really annoyed and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Also, they said it would only take 45 minutes but it ended up taking almost an hour and a half. I would have not gone to this store if I didn’t have a gift certificate to spend because I heard other people complain about this store as well.

I decided to try this place because it had other decent reviews! Everyone was really nice. About a week after getting a pedicure here, i received a nail fungus so bad that I lost my entire big toe nail! I cant begin to explain how disgusted and embarrassed i am to just wear flip flops! They tell you that their utensils are cleaned and individually wrapped! Yeah right! What a joke!

Was in town for the holidays from the midwest and was badly in need of a pedicure. I was able to walk right in with my sister and was immediately seated. Score!
The staff was very professional and very clean. When looking at nail establishments, cleanliness is one of the most important things to look for.
I bite my nails so I opted for the pedicure with all the bells and whistles: massaging, paraffin wax, moisturizer, callous removal, polish, ect. . It was relaxing and my feet emerged soft with my nails painted perfectly. I would definitely returen

Really nice place. They do a good job, and it’s nice and quiet in there. I have been back multiple times. Mimi is super nice ~
Update — place needs new chairs — I will go to newer locations from now on.

Meh. Not the best.
Ladies have always been pretty nice to me but the thing that drives me CRAZY is when they talk in Vietnamese quite loud to each other while working on my nails. –_​-​; I just wanna relaaaax! I always feel like they’re talking beef and are always giggling because they know I can’t understand them.
I will say they have a wide variety of colors to choose from. Ooh! And their lotion they use to massage you is quite warm… feels awesome and I never want their massages to end.
Overall, I’m content… not happy or upset… just content. I will continue coming back because of their mani pedi all in one special for $ 29 M-​Th! :D

I only stick to one manicurist and that’s Taylor! I was referred to her by a co-​worker and I’ve been a regular of hers for about 4yrs. I’m very particular (probably since I work in a creative design field) but she’s neat and a perfectionist. I’ve had pink & whites, acrylic and gel nails. All have been done great. I hate seeing overly thick nails. *yuck* She even turns your hand around to face her to make sure all of your nails are shaped evenly.
I used to have my eyebrows waxed as well by Ashley, but she no longer works here. I tried the new lady (sorry, can’t remember her name) and they were horrible. She made them too thin and they were uneven. =(
