WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
1. smelled horrible
2. Nail polishes were old, dry, and no variety
3. Extremely expensive for what you get
4. Very dirty and unorganized
5 My gel nail polish color was NO WHERE NEAR the polish I chose
6. Did not cut my cuticles

Awesome customer service! I got a mani/​pedi. They seated me right away, and were very polite. The woman at the front desk (she also did my manicure) spoke perfect English and was super sweet. After I was done with my pedicure, they had me sit of front with a dryer for my toenails. I went by myself and was waiting to get picked up (I was sitting up front for about 20 minutes after) and they kept restarting the dryer and making sure my nails were not getting messed up. The reason I am taking off a star is because I had to ask the lady who did my manicure a couple times to touch up some spots she missed while I was waiting up front. She was super nice about it am apologized. I will definitely go back because the prices are cheap (my basic mani/​pedi was $ 32), my nails turned out nice, and the GREAT customer service!

Horrible experience. My friend still has old red nail polish showing through her new nude nails, they didn’t soak my hands for even a minute before cuticle trimming, we both have nail polish all over our bail beds, not even a one minute hand or foot massage, very slow even though we were the only two in store. Do not recommend, at all.

This place was terrible! The lady that did my nails was very rude. She didn’t ask how I wanted my nails shaped and cut them «straight» across. When I asked her to round them better she attempted to but hardly did anything. I was not impressed and will not be returning.

I don’t usually come here, but my usual salon is by work, and I don’t work Sundays. It is Sunday and my nails were in major need of some love and a fill, so I came here, since the other nail salon in the same parking lot was busy. They were able to take me right away which was a plus. I got a fill and a gel manicure from Tony and they look really good. I didn’t get a pedicure so i didn’t sit at a spa chair, but they have them here. I also noticed they have 2 little chairs for when little kids get pedicures… super cute! My only issue is that when I was getting my nails done, someone walked in for a full set, and I felt like he started to rush on me to get to her… however they still look really good. Also, another customer who walked in after me was inquiring about prices after she sat down because the menu said one thing and they quoted her another… so if you come here make sure you know how much your service costs! My fill was 25.00 and I am happy with them. Usually I go to a place in RSM but it’s wonderful to know that this salon is here. I would ask for Tony again because he did a really good job.

Very pleased with their service. I went to get a gel manicure and waterless pedicure.
The wait was not long, I went earlier in the day. They were very friendly and did not rush at all.
They even put my feet in paraffin wax to soften the skin. Very relaxing! I was pleased with the results. The woman who did my nails was kind: Gentle and precise. She was meticulous and made sure my nails looked nice. This place isn’t cheap. But like the old saying goes, «You get what you pay for.» And this place… It worth what you pay.
I will definitely go back to this salon for more manicures and pedicures.

I absolutely love my lashes. I have naturally curly lashes so this can make it difficult for strip lashes so I decided to try individuals for the first time. I literally fell asleep during my session today I was so relaxed.
I would highly recommend Professionail & Spa to anyone who is interested in lash extensions. :)

Might be the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I got a simple gray gel and the lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She had to redo it 2 times and the edges of my nails are bare and I have the gel stuck to my skin. Definitely never coming back. I don’t even want to ask for a redo because I don’t want to sit here for another hour and a half.

Since the ownership changed this place has gone down hill. I rarely write Unilocal reviews but because of the recent experience there I felt the need to voice my opinion. The previous team of ladies that worked there was great, friendly and good quality. Since the new team came in it seems all they try to do is upsell you and the quality sucks. Not only have the prices gone up but I went in to get a gel manicure and it started chipping within 2 days! I will be going across the street from now on; gave them a fair shot 2 times but have been disappointed. Sadly this was my go to place.

I had a full set of lashes put on yesterday. My eyes are still bloodshot and swollen from it. I am going to get these lashes taken off as quickly as possible. I’ve had lashes done before and never had this reaction before. I went to another lash place for a second opinion and they believe it was a sanitation issue with the chemicals for the nail polishes (it is also a nail salon) and then doing eyelashes right after. I would not go there ever again.

This place is the WORST! Do NOT go here. You are probably better off just painting your own nails in the comfort of your own home! I went here a few weeks ago and my 1^st question when I walked in was I wanted to know if they had the kits that have the gel and also the regular polish in the same color for your toes (gel on my toes freaks me out?) and I was told emphatically «YES we have!» so i decided to stay. What a mistake. They did not have matching colors and they gave me the run around and were snickering at me. The people there are so rude and «Un-​ProfessioNail». I give them another 9 months and they’ll be gone! You don’t last in this tiny little town when you treat your customers poorly and there’s another nail salon in the exact same center. Are you crazy? Bye Bye!

Have always had great service here and my nails look fabulous. Highly recommended, friendly service and they do a thorough job, with no unexpected additions on the bill.

I’ve been coming here since they opened several years ago. I don’t go to the other salons because they are overpriced for a mani/​pedi. The service here is good, they pay attention to detail and ensure you are relaxed and happy. No complaints here.

I’m not one to get my nails done. I’ve been a pedicure person for ever! But I thought I’d try it and WOW, love the Gel manicure! The ladies are very meticulous which makes for a perfect finish! I’ve been going here for about a year now and couldn’t be happier with the new ownership! Thanks Ladies!

My wife frequents this place and it’s always super busy. Since the new ownership nothing but positive experiences. My wife has tried several places in the past all I usually hear is OUCH when she comes home but not from this place. The nails techs are gentle and results are always positive.

The new management is DISHONEST. If you try to make an appointment with someone that has been let go, you are told they are «on vacation». Unfortunately, most of the previous employees have been laid off. Luckily I found my manicurist at the nicer salon across the parking lot.
Makes you wonder why the «excellent» reviews are from Garden Grove.

So in love with my gel ombré design. Her work is definitely nice with effort. Love how thin the gel is and I know thats hard to accomplish the most with gel design because it requires more layers than just gel polish. The shop has so many gel colors and glitters. I was so confused, but Tina just knows exactly what color to pick. She remembers all of them :). After my nails are done, they feel like regular polish. Supper thin and smooth. I feel very glam with this style. Ombré is my new fave now.

Came in today to get my nails done for thanks giving. I love how thin the gel is on my nails. Got red and black with mat finish on the black fingers. :) They did a really good job and service is great. As soon as I sat down the owner walked over and asked if I want some water. Just like how she thought of me on this hot day. Will definitely come back next time.

I needed to find a salon place near my new job and I was actually looking for Happy Nails when I stumbled upon this place.
I asked for a French tip pedicure and didn’t have to wait at all!
The massage chairs were super comfy and the lady doing my nails was super nice.
She did a great job washing my feet and cleaning my cuticles, as well as giving me callous treatment and a short foot massage.
The whole process took about 40 minutes and cost me $ 28.
They have a free ATM at the front counter, which makes it easy to pay and give a cash tip directly to the lady. If you pay with a CC though, you’ll have to have extra cash on hand to tip.
I’ll def be back!
