I’m a renter and had a mouse problem. My landlord called Total Pest Control and Pablo came and helped fix the problem. He found where they were getting into my house, set traps, followed up on the traps, and will be fixing the hole to eliminate this happening again. Horrible experience having mice, but very thankful for the speedy and expert help!

Update– came out a week later and caught all 3 rats. I haven’t heard any activity in my attic the past few days
Called and they came out the next day, and within the time window promised. The guy was able to quickly identify where the rodents could be coming from and set up the traps. So far, so good. They’ll check once a week for the next few weeks to make sure they’re gone.

This company really cares about helping people out with their pest control. I moved into my house around this time last year and I had a problem with all kinds off bug. I immediately called this company after I had seen their truck over at my neighbors home. The first month of treatment, I stopped seeing bugs in my house, it has been a year and I have been bug free, haha. Thanks guys!!!

These guys are great. They’re the only place I found that would deal with both insects and rodents, since we’ve had to deal with with both. We’ve done well with their recurring plan, and they come out to handle even minor issues between appointments with no additional charge.

We’ve had an ongoing contract with these guys for (at least) the past 2 years — they are super responsive and professional & have helped tremendously with getting a rodent issue under control. They respond quickly when we call with any issues, and the owner comes out on occasion to check things, follow up, and if one of his team members is not available when we call — he’ll come out himself to do the work. Since they are closed on weekends (which is the only bummer if you have an issue over the weekend) — they’ve even responded to a call late on a Friday afternoon & waited for me to get home in order to preform their services (checking & setting traps). This says a lot about this company.

I called this company to take care of an controlled situation with gophers and they were very responsive and came back numerous times until the problem was under control. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them for any kind of pest control issues.

Great customer service with a knowledgeable and professional team. We had previously had another company come quarterly to spray our home for insects. They did a good job, but then we had mice. Ick! Total Control set traps and got rid of the mice, patched all possible entries, AND sprays for bug control quarterly. As part of their regular service, they also come by whenever we have need, whether that be another spray to deter bugs from entering our home, or if we so much as suspect more mice. Overall, we’re very pleased with the service.

We’ve lived in our home for almost three years and have been using Total Control since we moved in. They’ve helped us get rid of flying ants, black ants, and spiders. Over the summer, when it was particularly hot, we still had ants after one of our maintenance services. We called and asked if they could come out and respray and they were out within two days and the ants were gone within 24 – 48 hours (no fee for the respray!)
Great customer service, quick turnaround time, friendly, and easy to work with. I love that they come out on the regularly scheduled dates and I don’t have to do anything to remember or confirm — they just show up, spray, and leave the bill at the door!

So this is my second review for Total Control. I had a rat problem in my attic about 9 months ago that was totally taken care of. Now the buggers are back but are getting in from a different place as the other one was blocked off. Caught three already and traps were reset. Angel will check for an entry point on his next visit when he sees which traps went off.
I am always pleased with their service. The guys show up promptly and are more than polite and helpful. So happy to have found a company that is reasonable and gets the job done.

Great prompt service and polite staff, they keep their promise of returning between treatments if the spiders that I have had do end up returning. Glad I signed up for a year plan because this has definitely helped with the spider problem I was having.

Just like other pest control companies they start off with a really thorough application. After that we had a few applications that couldn’t have taken more than five minutes. We contacted them to let them know about this they came back within a few days and did another very good job inside and out. They will also come back any time you need for a «booster» application which is a very nice option. They have been back once since we contacted them about the issue and it was a much better experience. They checked with us to make sure that everything was done well. This is a huge improvement over other companies we’ve used.
We’ve had anissue with payment. We’ve tried since the very beginning to get on auto payment and for almost a year now have been unsuccessful. We’ve called at least four times and they’ve told us it was their mistake and that the payment will come out automatically next time only to find a bill after each visit. We spoke with Juan today and he was very helpful so we’re crossing our fingers that after the next visit we’ll simply see the charge on our card and not a bill.

Pablo was the technician that came out to remove a dead rat from inside our roof and did a thorough inspection inside and around the parameter of the house to ensure all potential problem areas where the rat could have gotten into the roof were addressed. He took time, was patient, and explained everything. I really appreciated his help and while I hope we do not need their services again I will definitely use them if there are any future issues as well recommend them to others.

I had fleas and found Total Control Pest Management here on Unilocal and chose them because of the good reviews. The fleas in my apartment were really bad and I had tried a few different solutions on my own to no avail. They came in and sprayed and the fleas were gone for about three weeks. From what I had read about fleas and their lifecycle, I was not surprised when a few popped up about three weeks after because I knew there might be a few eggs that would hatch. And I was not worried because Total Control Pest Management guarantees their work for one month. So I called on a Monday and they came to spray again on a Tuesday. No more fleas so far. And they told me that my 30 day guarantee starts again from the last spray. Great deal!

We had a gopher issue in our front yard that was a nuisance. Mountain holes galore! Upon setting several traps, gophers be gone! Our home finally has its curb appeal back thanks to these professionals.
