Dr Pawlak was amazing. He reviewed my issue took a 3D xray of my tooth, diagnosed the problem and explained it and did what he could to get rid of my pain without med and sent me happily on my way! The front office staff was courteous, fruendly, and very calming. Great day at the dentist!

The absolute best dental experience ever. I had an infection in my bone and had been in major pain for days and Dr. Pawlaks office staff got me in immediately. He talked me through the entire procedure, explained everything in detail and I felt like I was in very skillful and talented hands. I was right. Dr. Pawlak has a wonderful sense of humor and makes you feel relaxed and not afraid. If you ever need a root canal this is the place to be and I will never go anywhere else. He is the best.

Amazing and gifted endodontist! I have seen a lot of dentists, doctors etc. You know when a professional knows what they are doing when they help you end your pain and misery. Dr Pawlaks knowledge goes far beyond a regular endodontist. He helped me fix my bite and explained in detail why and what was going on. Simple fix for such an awful problem, but only because he knew exactly what to do. Root canals are quick and painless as well! Autumn, the first face you see or talk to is such an efficient and comfort to speak with esp when you are in distress. Refreshing to find someone good and affordable. The entire team clearly want to help people! Will never go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing. I have gone to Dr pawlak twice for root canals. Let me say he is just amazing, he defiantly goes above and beyond to look after your teeth. He was able to save one of my teeth and tried to save another. When people ask me were to go for their root canals I always send them over here. The years of experiance defiantly show in his work.

Dr Pawlak is the BEST! I was referred to him for a possible root canal by my regular dentist and honestly, I’ve never had a better experience. The root canal was super fast and I felt zero pain. That was great in itself, but in addition Dr Jack took time to explain everything, and gave me HONEST advice on my other teeth. He’s not out to scam people, which is extremely rare these days. And the icing on the cake… he’s so funny. I wish everyone knew about him! The office staff is super friendly and fun too. I hesitate to say this because it’s the dentist, but I love this place. There I said it, I loved the dentist. I’m super grateful to Dr Pawlak and his Staff.

Dr. Pawlak is the best in the business. His office manager Autumn is extremely accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I would never think I would be saying this about getting a root canal but I look forward to going to see Dr. Pawlak and his staff! Dr. Pawlak is so funny and he makes you feel so comfortable and his office manager Autumn is the best! She works with co pays and my insurance and is very accommodating with my hectic schedule! I even sent my dad to their office to get a root canal! If you need a root canal, call this office ASAP!!!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I hope this gets back to Dr. Pawlak. Dr. Pawlak is an excellent endodontist, he has done two root canals for me. However, his office staff needs management. Dr. Pawlak is excelant in his trade, but he needs to take some classes on office management. His staff is very unaccommodating and uncompassionate. I have an emergency situation that I need to see the doctor and the receptionist has no compassion and is unwilling to make any attempt to get me in to see the doctor in an emergency situation. Because I was not able to get in to see the doctor, i was forced to go to a different endodontist and he is telling me that my root canal (not done by Dr. Pawlak) has failed and i have bone loss and need to remove the root canal and build bone and do an implant immediately. Dr. Pawlak has consulted with me on this tooth in the past and I need for him to see the situation now and compare it with what he did in the past on this tooth and tell me if there has been any change and give me his opinion on the current condition. I am sure if Dr. Pawlak knew my situation, he would make time to see me, but I can not get through to him because of his incompetent staff. Its a shame, that Dr. Pawlak has to get a negative review because of his staff. Also, I called over a week ago and asked the receptionist for a copy of my prognosis on this tooth and she said she would call me back the next day. I never got a call back. I called and left a message and still no call back. I called a third time and got the receptionist and she did not even mention why she didn’t bother to call me back and I felt like this was too much work for her to look in my chart and tell me Dr. Pawlak’s prognosis.

I was referred to Dr. Pawlak by my dentist’s office. I was having pain along with symptoms related to my jaw. It was unclear what the problem was. Dr. Pawlak quickly took x-​rays and identified what could be a potential cause with respect to an abscess. He was up front the whole time, stating that he suggested that we take care of the abscess and then assess the situation. His work was top notch and fast! He found a way to work around the issue with my jaw! He then left me with his email address asking that I follow-​up with him. That is customer focus! There were still issues and Dr. Pawlak was helpful in identifying next steps. Outstanding customer service and work!

Jack, Dr. Pawlak, knows endodontics. Previous endo I went to loved to numb me up by going directly for the nerve. Every time was like getting zapped by an electrical outlet. Dr. Pawlak was completely, completely [bears repeating], painless. He’s informative – a consummate teacher. He’s competent, moves with speed and aplomb [look it up], and keeps you at ease while being completely in control. His assistant, Aileen [sp?] is right there with what he needs without him having to say anything. Can a root canal be a good experience? It can now. Glad my dentist (
) recommended him.

Dr. Pawlak probably saved my life (or at least my jawbone) after I was misdiagnosed, misprescribed, and mishandled by my ENT and Dentist. Dr. Pawlak took his time and discovered the correct diagnosis and treated the (very) major problem without causing any pain whatsoever (including with my insurance company). He is the man.

Dr. Pawlak is very committed to his patients. His priority is their comfort and to solve their dental problems. I hate having dental work done, and he makes you feel very comfortable, talks you through the entire process, and gives painless shots! He is definitely one of the good ones. I would recommend him any day.

Dr. Pawlak is a funny and competent guy. I love how he’s so old school with the way he does things. It’s clear he has years of experience! He put me at ease right away (I was a complete anxious wreck!) and I felt surprisingly little pain! He even gave me extra pain meds. He was frank and very casual, even a little irreverent (which is totally okay with me!). Thank you Doc!!!

I’ve been to many dentists, some good, some bad. I can’t definitely say that Dr. Pawlak is one of the good ones. Very knowledge, very helpful and a minimalist. I referred my whole family to him.

Dr. Pawlak has been my Endodontist for about 10 years now, and I am proud to recommend him to anyone. He’s patient, funny, and really good at what he does. He was first referred to me when several root canals that I had done as a teenager (by another dentist) began to flare. I still remember the first time I met him, he explained the tooth decay process and root canal procedures with great passion. He has an awesome sense of humor, but most importantly, he takes great pride in his work and he is HONEST.
Most recently, I was in need of a root canal. I knew I had to go see Dr. Pawlak. He didn’t disappoint. It’s so rare to find a dentist like him. I don’t know what I would do without him.

Ive been to Dr Pawlak for 2 treatments, and both have gone well. He is an honest guy and VERY helpful. You dont have to worry about feeling like he is taking advantage of you. He is quick, and makes sure you are frozen completely beforehand.
I would highly recommend him. They also do a good job getting you in quickly.
He is a bright guy who does a good job explaining things to you.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Pawlak for a retreatment of a root canal. I had suffered three flare-​ups on the tooth within three months, and I got really sick from them. Dr. Pawlak inspired my confidence from the get-​go. He explained exactly what was wrong and how he would treat it and gave me plenty of info. Wish I’d been referred to him right after the first flare-​up. Anyway, the treatment so far has been really effective and almost painless, plus Dr. Pawlak keeps up a running patter of stories that I find interesting and fun to hear. He might not be everybody’s cup of tea, but I think he’s amazing, and I’d recommend him to anyone. My regular dentist actually goes to him. What better recommendation is there?

Had my second root canal in 3 years done by Dr. Pawlak today. I’m a guy who hates anything being done to his mouth but this guy has had me busting up laughing all the way through 2 root canals. The most personable, honest and fair doctor I’ve ever met. I will recommend him to anyone I know as long as he is practicing. I get more pain when I get my teeth cleaned at the dentist than I did through 2 root canals. Dr. Pawlak is a LEGEND!

So, I broke my tooth while chewing on some food. Was told to come here by my boss and she told me he was the best there is around.
Anyway, spoke to a nice lady by the name of Autumn and she set me up with an appointment for the same day.
Well, I get in and Dr. Pawlak gets down to business. Shows me my tooth xray and tells me my tooth can be salvaged. Then he goes to town and 15 mins later I leave. No pain, no hassle, good conversation (well, as good as I can do while keeping my mouth open).
Great team and great guy.
