CONSUMER BEWARE! DON’T GO THERE!
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. They ruined two sweaters of mine and one of my husband’s shirts. We all had the same problem. We brought the items in perfect condition and received them with white lines running down the front of them. The first time my husband went back to talk about it, the lady said she knew what happened (watermarks maybe) and explained it to my husband. I can’t remember her explanation at this point, but we left the clothing with them because they said they would try to fix it. My husband picked up the clothing and found that the condition was even worse. The lines hadn’t gone away and one of the sweaters now had another line running through it. So, now we had a horizontal and vertical line running through it. We asked to speak with the owner, but he wasn’t there. We also left our information with the man behind the counter so the owner can contact us directly. The owner NEVER contacted us. In fact, NOBODY contacted us and we called numerous times to get in touch with somebody. Nobody apologized, gave us a refund, tried to make things right, called us, NOTHING! I think it’s time to take this matter to a new level. All I want to do at this point is protect all the other consumers from the same thing happening to them.

Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! Horribly treated as a customer. I brought in 4 hats to be cleaned. First time I went to go pick them up there was still stains and new wrinkles on them, told me that they won’t come out and still wanted to charge me for the job. Ended up leaving the hats again for a second try. This time stains were out and two hats shrunk!!! Lady told me to leave them again for the owner to see. It was like talking to a wall, they wouldn’t bother reimbursing the damages or let alone not charging me for the hats. At that point I was tired of their bullshit, I paid $ 8 per ruined hat and walked out. Never coming back again and I hope this review is helpful to people considering getting their stuff done here.
