They ruined two of them! A skirt and a too that are pricey and were only worn few times. Have it back to them and no one called me back!

Great Service!!! Received a flyer from this place and decided to give them a try!!!
Took some of my husbands suits and some of my blouses & dresses, received them all back in excellent condition.
It seems this place is going through ownership & management changes, and after reading the past reviews, it seems it is for the best. I probably wouldn’t have gone there had I read the reviews, but I am glad I did. It is very close to my home and in the shopping center I am always at. Very convenient!

Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! Horribly treated as a customer. I brought in 4 hats to be cleaned. First time I went to go pick them up there was still stains and new wrinkles on them, told me that they won’t come out and still wanted to charge me for the job. Ended up leaving the hats again for a second try. This time stains were out and two hats shrunk!!! Lady told me to leave them again for the owner to see. It was like talking to a wall, they wouldn’t bother reimbursing the damages or let alone not charging me for the hats. At that point I was tired of their bullshit, I paid $ 8 per ruined hat and walked out. Never coming back again and I hope this review is helpful to people considering getting their stuff done here.

This Cleaners is terrible!!! I took my Wedding Dress there to have it cleaned and preserved. Its 2 months later and they still have it! I was told initally it would take 3 weeks. After three weeks, I was told the machine broke down and it will be another couple weeks and they would call. Well, don’t hold your breath on the phone calls. They don’t call you as they say. I talked to someone two weeks ago and was told, your dress has been cleaned, just waiting on the box. Will call you. Well here we go two weeks later, no call. I go in there this past Saturday and it is still not ready. The box not in and no call. The young lady at the counter said let me take your number and I will have someone call you Monday. Well now its Tuesday and thank God I am not holding my breath. No call! Customer Service is terrible, If there was a rating of no stars, that would be my rating!

Have had many items cleaned here. Do ok job. Last time was $ 25 more than claim estimate. Didn’t pay the extra. Prob won’t go back

This place is awful! I’ve been here three times and each time, I received a claim ticket and I was quoted a price (which is never noted on the ticket — I now know better), and when I returned to pick up my item, the price was almost double — with no explanation as to why! They didn’t even honor the coupons that I sometimes receive in the mail. If the coupon isn’t applicable to my item, that’s fine, but then tell me that when I drop off my item not when I’m picking it up. I will not be doing business here in the future. Beware — shady business practices!
