Kate has enjoyed success in the real estate business as a result of her high personal integrity and passion for interacting with people. Her strategy to provide excellent service to her clients involves listening and paying attention to their wants and needs, to present them with value-​added solutions.

Kate won several top pruducer awards in part because of her ability to locate properties with high appreciation potential for her clients. Before she began her career as a Realtor, Kate earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science and worked in a management capacity for a variety of technology companies.

Living in several communities in San Diego for the past 3 decades, Kate has cultivated indepth knowledge for local real estate and property values. As a resident of La Jolla for the past seven years, she has acquired expertise in San Diego coastal properties.
