The Jumpy Place is an indoor inflatable play place for kiddos ages 1 – 10 to jump on our huge inflatable bounce houses, toddle in our toddler room, climb on our climbers and celebrate their birthday parties. Kids really can’t go wrong. That’s how we’re different — we know that the kids will have a great time, we want to ensure that the parents do as well! We are one low price every day and ALL DAY! Come and go! We have comfortable seating, magazines, complimentary coffee, you are welcome to bring in all of your own food and drinks and our staff is friendly and enjoys helping moms, dads, grandparents, etc get a break! We are parents too so we understand the need for a clean, fun place for your kiddos where you can see them from almost anywhere in our 7,500 square foot facility.

History

Established in 2009.

We are a family owned indoor inflatable facility that caters to parents and children. We saw a need for a place with comfortable seating for adults and all the fixins — a cartoon/​minecraft free TV, complimentary coffee, a facility that doesn’t close down for private parties so you never know when they are actually open and friendly staff. We also welcome you to bring in your own snacks and drinks and come and go throughout the day so you don’t have to overstimulate your kiddos to get your «moneys worth».

Hi! We are the owners of The Jumpy Place or «TJP» as we like to call it! We have two seriously awesome kiddos and live in Buda. We have always enjoyed bringing our own children to «jumpy places» but were always ready to leave after an hour or so. We wanted to provide a place with comfortable seating for adults and all the fixins — a cartoon/​minecraft free TV, complimentary coffee, a facility that doesn’t close down for private parties so you never know when they are actually open and friendly staff. We also wanted to give you a place where you are welcome to bring in your own snacks and drinks and come and go throughout the day so you don’t have to overstimulate your kiddos to get your «moneys worth». It has been a fantastic, rewarding five years of seeing moms actually getting a break while wearing their kids out. We are really so thankful!

Came here for a bday party.
Its smaller with about 5 jump houses, a toddler area, 3 or 4 party areas, and plenty of seating for parents. Looks like you can bring your own food here. It was a younger, under 6 crowd of kiddos which I loved!
The manager was very involved. Asking if anything was needed, cleaning, ENFORCING THE RULES! Most of the parents actually supervised their kids also!!! Whaaaatttttt!
There are no water fountains! Bring water or buy some here.
My son loved it! I wish this was closer to home cause I’d be a regular for sure.

Been there 4 times with my kids. Each time my kids have gotten sick 1 – 2 days after going there, coincidence, maybe… we won’t be going back. Do you think they wipe don’t each inflatable every day… my guess is no.

I was super disappointed in this place. 2 and under should not have to pay to play, if you are 1.5 yrs old you are still too small to play alone in the jump houses and no adults are allowed in. I’ve been to jumpy places and assumed adults could go in as well .so I basically paid for them to run around. It’s either big kids stuff or a jumparoo. no thanks.

The jumpy place is very clean. The staff is great. Not only with adults, but children as well. One of the few places I’ve been where they actually talk to and not down to them. Everyone is required to wear socks. There’s free wi-​fi, tv. 2 very comfortable couches. 2 massage chairs (you have to pay for that, but still cool). My understanding is you pay once for the day, then can come and go as you please. We’ve never done this as we normally go for 2 or 3 hours. Would definitely recommend.

I really, really love this place. Sofas & chairs every where. No blaring TV with cartoons or video games. Free coffee. And you can bring your own food & drinks. They have step stools for all the sinks, a changing table in the bathroom, Next Step seats on the toilets, kid size picnic tables, & high chairs. It’s super clean. It’s never super crowded either.

Couches, tv, free coffee and wifi make for a wonderful mommy experience (and super clean) but the kids really do love this place!!! Bring your socks, pack a lunch, buy snacks & drinks there… and get ready for some real fun!

Let me start by saying that most bounce places only allow [roughly] ages 2 – 10 years in the bounce houses. I understand why but often the under 2 area ends up being very mediocre and, for lack of better words, boring for my 21 month old toddler. That is NOT the case here. Note that this review is from the standpoint of having one under age 2. If you have older kids, some of what I say may be irrelevant.
The first time we went, the price was $ 7 and when we went back (almost a month later) it’s now $ 8. We have been to other places that are cheaper BUT they did not have as much for the littles as this place does AND my daughter can go in their bounce houses (signs say 10 and under). Wazoos is free under 2 BUT under 2 can’t go in the bounce houses and their under 2 play area, for lack of better words, sucks. Honestly, you just have to pick your battles with this one.
They have 4 bounce houses, 1 giant inflated double slide, 1 inflated basketball hoop game and three plastic playscapes; two small ones, one in «infant» area and one right by it and then there’s one larger one on the other side of the facility. There’s multiple seating areas, one with a TV that has some play kitchens for the younger kids and a couple of plastic rockers that can be picked up and moved around.
You do have to wear socks EVERYWHERE so don’t forget them, even the parents have to wear them. There’s plenty of shelving to put your shoes and I’ve never seen it fill up. I recommend socks with grips on them because of the plastic playscapes. You can also bring your own snacks/​drink for your kids but they do have some for purchase if needed.
We are only able to attend on weekends and the two times we’ve been here [so far] there has been a birthday party. We usually get there right when they open and even when the parking lot is «packed» there’s so many places for the kids to spread out that’s it’s never seemed crowded. Most of the kids are even careful when they see smaller kids like my daughter and some of them would even stop to help her climb steps so she could go down the built-​in slide inside a bounce house.
This place is great and I am seriously considering having my daughter’s second birthday here in a few months. I would recommend it to anyone close by or willing to make the commute. The smile on my kid’s face makes it worth it EVERY time.

I like it, its just the same old same thing. I wish they would switch things up every once in a while. Its never any different in there, I think the kids would want to play longer except there is no variety.

This place is fantastic! They have plenty of jumpy houses and slides for my active toddler and an area of play for my baby. They offer free coffee and the place is clean and well maintained. I sometimes think they need more employees when they are super busy, but other than that, they rock!

I have never met a more rude staff and the girl working the front desk obviously didn’t want to be there. I came here for a birthday party and intended to book my son’s party for two weeks out. After seeing the way the staff behaved I decided to go elsewhere for our party. We won’t be back here, it’s worth the drive into Austin.

Great place to bring your kid to wear them out! Always a good attentive staff tending the facility. The only down side is when inattentive parents bring their bad behaving children. I’ll continue bringing my daughter here for a long time to come.

The Jumpy Place is fantastic– both my 2 year old and 6 year old love it. I have been to another bounce house place in Austin, it was far too loud, crowded and it was pretty easy for a smaller kid to get lost or stuck up high in one of their bounce houses.
The Jumpy Place never feels overwhelming, it’s easy for me to relax and my kids feel comfortable playing on their own. I like that the layout allows you to see the entrance to all of the bounce houses from just about any spot on the floor (aside from the big slide down at the end). They have comfortable chairs and couches for the parents to sit in while the kids play, and my 2 year old loves the small slides and kitchen play area near the front. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and I love that they have a decent selection of drinks (including free coffee!) and snacks at the front desk.
The only negative thing I can think of is that adults are not allowed in the bounce houses. There have been a few times when it would have been helpful for me to get in and show my daughter how to climb up the slide, or to show her that it’s not scary to go down the big slide once you get to the top!

I have been taking my son here for years with his friends and can’t say enough about it. Very clean, they have good snacks, wifi for us parents and the kids can play for hours for cheap! I love how during the holidays they give you an opportunity to leave the kids there to eat pizza and play while parents go shopping. Also I love the safety aspect. There it’s only one way for the kids to get out so you don’t have to always look for your child. Just a great lay out for safety purposes, I always feel comfortable there.

On my first visit, I think I met one of the owners, and he was super nice. On the second visit, the front was being run by two teenage girls. No biggie, though they needed to patrol the floor. At one point, some bigger kids took a huge toy (can’t remember what, but some kind of ride-​on or something) out of the baby area, hauled it to the top of the largest slide, and were riding on it down the steep slide. There was also an extremely young child (less than a year old), standing up on a bench near the front desk, eating Doritos. That was disturbing in many ways, but if the parent was irresponsible enough to allow that, I feel that the staff should have at least said something to protect the child. I know they don’t want accidents to happen in their business, so they just need to do more to make it a safe environment.
Overall, great place. My child was frustrated when the batteries were dead in a toy, and they replaced them for us. I just wish that my little one wasn’t afraid of the inflatables, which pretty much defeats the purpose of it for us for now!

I’d consider driving here from Austin to go here. My kid didn’t get bored for hours and hours. The price was right. There’s comfortable couches and chairs for adults and complementary coffee. The staff really worked to make us feel at home. During a blisteringly hot summer like this, the Jumpy Place is the perfect place to let your kid run around and have active fun in air conditioning.

This is definitely the best place in the Buda/​Kyle/​San Marcos area for kids. It’s about time! We frequent it on Friday late afternoons when you get a free slice of pizza with each paid admission. I think the selection of inflatables is really good in that they make the best use of the space they have. My kids also like the play area in the middle — in fact my 4 year old and 19 month old can both play happily there for quite some time! My complaint is that my only day off during the week is Tuesday and they are closed on Tuesday. I would take my kids there a couple times a month more if they were open! I have not had a party there but I would like to soon!

Wow, this is a great place for you kids and plenty room for adults, and guess what, you will get a runner when you have a birthday party at «The Jumpy Place». That was my surprise when my wife booked the birthday party for our two girls. How great was «The Jumpy Place», lots of space and great for adults to watch the kids. The owners are wonderful also, they ordered the pizza and supplied plates and napkins for the party. Even the balloons were given to the kids.
Plenty of seating for the adults and kids, lots of room and not over crowded like some places. The big plus is the kids getting to run, run, run around.
What could be better, well it is a party place for the kids, me being a guy I would say a big TV for sports. No, wait a minute, they do have a big flat screen TV. I suppose they have games also, I did not a change to look, I was surrounded by little kids and women.
Would I go again, of course, this is one great place in kyle for the kids. Plus for being so hot outside — inside was plenty cool.
The runner also fetches you when parent are ready to pick up their kids from your party. No-​one can just walk in without putting on socks. Those are the rules. And no adults are allowed on the jumpy stuff., safety reason I am sure is needed. Can you imagine those women trying to bounce on those jumpies.
Go try it yourself. Plan your next party at «The Jumpy Place», you will love it, and your kids too.

We attended a birthday party at The Jumpy Place in Kyle this past weekend. It is a great concept. They have been open less than two weeks, so everything is quite new. The kids LOVED all the jumping castles. Cons? Well, they have great little kid things (like play houses and cars) that the bigger kids are not supposed to use – but they’re in the middle of the play area – inviting bigger kids to climb on them. Also, the benches are painted with the wrong kind of paint which became sticky while sitting on them. And, though it makes sense, parents are not allowed on any of the jumpy equipment. Boo!
Pros? $ 7 per kid per day, LOTS of things to bounce and jump and expend one’s energy while parents read a book, watch tv, what ever.
We will definitely be back this summer!
