A few things I liked were the location, the fact that it wasn’t crowded, and the fact that it was very clean. The reason I will most likely not return is because of the fact that I found it somewhat hard to relax while here. The only staff member(who I presume was the owner) made it a point to review all the rules with me as soon as I walked in the door. Really and truly I could have just read the board set up in the play area with the exact same rules. Then I observed her tell at least two other parents along with myself when our kids were«breaking the rules». I can completely understand and respect rules. I also understand the need for parents to watch their little ones. I just don’t like being treated like a kid when I am a grown adult especially when I was in fact watching my kids. Lastly, this same woman made a comment to me about how loud my kid screamed. I guess she needs to add another rule to her board.

My son LOVES this place! We have been to other bouncy house places before and since but this one is our favorite. Its never crowded and there is plenty of fun stuff to do. I love the staff, low cost and location. Im always telling everyone to come try it out.

I was so excited to find a jumpy house had opened so close to home and couldn’t wait to try it out. Big mistake. The place has the worse design, there was actually no seating except by the front door; even though there were several places where couches or chairs could have been added. The main attraction was a foam pit. It is built up; so your child has to go up about four feet off the ground to jump into the pit. Once up there, there is no easy way to reach your child and the railing is completely inadequate for preventing falls. Their were grown people playing it in right along with my three year old child. Blocks were being thrown out of the pit and at other customers constantly. Even though the cramped condition, dangerous play area, and lack of seating were off putting, it is the employees that will prevent me from ever going back. They were incredibly rude to me several times. When I casually suggested additional seating to an employee, she told me in a very nasty tone that the parents were suppose to be watching their children, not sitting down. Which was shocking as I was the only parent doing that exact thing. They continually screamed at the children from the front of the building, instead of going to a child and correcting their behavior. And, while I hate to mention it, I felt discriminated against due to the fact I was white. I was the only white person in there at the time I visited. A friend accompanied me, and she was as shocked as I was with their treatment of me. A few weeks later another friend, who is also white, mentioned she had been treated the same way during her one and only visit.

Just a few inflatables and none are very fun or unique. The deep foam pit seemed dangerous with hard corners, steep stairs and kids throwing foam blocks all over the place. The staff member’s use of megaphone to yell at the kids was annoying. There are definitely better places in this area that don’t cost as much.
