I reserved a premium car and the Avis in Kyle provided me with a Brown Ford Taurus.
I know what you’re thinking, but it was actually one of the best rental cars I’ve ever had. Joe and Ashley really go the extra mike for their customers and they’re rated are considerable cheaper than driving into Austin.

Joe was awesome to us in our time of need. On our way to Galveston to go on a cruise, we started having car trouble. This was the only rental car place that we found to be open on a Sunday. Thank God we were able to drive our car enough to make it there before they closed at 1. But Joe not only helped us with the rental, he was my person of contact for the tow truck driver the next day. He saved our vacation and we will always be grateful!
