Jay O.
Business Owner
Owner, Jay Ortiz, trained and graduated from Capital City Trade and Technical School in 2001. He is a HVAC/EPA certified technician and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration contract specialist. After working for major companies in the HVAC business, Jay decided to start his own business. He started Cool Cat in 2005 in the greater Houston area and moved the company to Austin in 2011.
