Had them come to service a house I was purchasing. They did the work and got everything in working order for a decent price. However… They flipped the switch to OFF on the gas control valve… Why would you do this? I can understand maybe if it was a pilot light system, but it is not. My thought was maybe they are trying to drum up return business. Minus two stars for that alone. Reason I know they did it is because before their service the heat worked. I tested both A/C and heat after and heat did not work until I investigated and found that switch off.
