My AC went out on a 100 degree day. I called Carlos and Jose, and they came out to fix it within a few hours! They thoroughly explained the issue, and supplied a new part on the spot. I didn’t have to order any parts – they were so prepared! They were also on time, and very friendly! Plus, the cost was very competitive. I’d happily recommend these guys and invite them back!

I came home from work to find my thermostat broken and the house already too hot. Carlos saved the day and got here within 45 minutes of my 9:30pm call. He installed a temporary thermostat until the new Nest could arrive by Fedex. And I didn’t even realize he made the trip from Kyle to N. Austin. Great service, quick response. I’ll definitely use them again!

We are very happy to have discovered this company on Craigslist. Carlos and Jose are the most courteous service personnel I have ever met. We had a leaking evaporator coil in our attic and water was coming out of the draining pan. These 2 gentlemen replaced the unit and cleaned the area fast and professionally. Keep in mind the temperature up there was over 100 degrees. Job well done. Will do business again.

I had a leak in my coil. Jose and Carlos gave me a quote that beat the big companies. They came out the next day, while I was told to wait more then a week with the other guys. They were in and out and explained everything so that a guy without air conditioning systems experience knew what they were talking about. They did a quality job, I am going to save their info in case I ever need them again, and I would recommend them to anyone in central Texas

It doesn’t get any better than Carlos. He replaced our thermostat and thoroughly checked our HVAC system, and he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. We would hire him again in a heartbeat, and recommend that anyone reading this do the same.

After almost 3 weeks with no ac i was quoted at $ 3,700 for a full AC replacement by one company; Air Comfort Systems showed up with a smile and a free quote. My A/​C compressor was cycling on and off every few seconds. Based on other reviews and the location of the business, I called and spoke to Carlos mid-​morning. He explained he was finishing a large job but he would still be able to check my system. Despite it being almost 6 pm on Friday, he kept his word and showed up… ready to work.
He quickly diagnosed the problem (low refrigerant). Rather than just add some so he could move on, he thoroughly examined the entire system, looking for possible leaks. After finding the probable issue, he informed me about the price of refrigerant ($ 45/​lb.) BEFORE adding any. Professional. After completing the repair, he had his able assistant check the temperature of the airflow coming from the vents. Thorough.
To sum it up, I felt Carlos was honest (didn’t try to sell me repairs I didn’t need); timely; and professional (the right tools and the right attitude).

When I contacted Carlos, I was amazed at how quickly he came out, and his abilities. He quickly troubleshooted and resolved a problem with electricity to one of our thermostats. Our system was not performing optimally, and he was able to get it cooling efficiently in minimal time. Overall, he is also very personable and honest. I highly recommend Carlos for your HVAC needs.

I had to rely on Air Comfort Systems with very little notice and they were quick to respond to my needs. One night around 9 pm, my renters called me about AC problems that they were having, and without hesitation Carlos said that he would drive to the house and diagnose the problem. Roughly an hour later, the AC was up and running.

My husband and I just had Carlos out this morning to replace our AC unit. After replacing the unit, he noticed we were still having issues with our pressure. We ended up having to replace our inside coil and we couldn’t have gotten a better deal. Carlos saved us hundreds of dollars compared to our first quote and he and his assistant were 100% professional, courtesy and genuinely nice men. Carlos was very thorough with his work (the project took about 4.5 hrs because of our secondary issue) and showed my husband all of our rust and corrosion happening with our unit thanks to our dog. He was very knowledgeable and shared that information with my husband, which was appreciated since this is this is our first home and the first AC issues we have ever had. Our family is very thankful to have a working AC unit before the Texas heat kicks in and although I don’t hope to have any AC issues in the near future, we now know we have a great HVAC service provider in Carlos and his company.
