Wow, this is the place to avoid at all costs! I ordered carpet for my bedroom and on the pretense of giving me a «deal,» I got the shaft! Not only did they switch the product on me and send out trash instead of the product I bought, but the installer realized that the trash they had in their van with my name on it could not be what I ordered. When I went to the store and asked for the manager, I got some poor guy dressed like the rest of the store employees who knew nothing about the main workings of the store. This seems to be a national trend as the owners must be trying to cut costs. They have lost a customer for sure!

We are remodeling the kitchen so went for pulls, under cabinet lights and a hardware and to look at the Samsung fridges. Every department we went to we found very helpful assistance. We found what we wanted quickly. Note* England really likes Pentatonix(I was wearing my pentatonix shirt) and he not only helped choosing the best fridge but also we had an awesome Pentatonic Fan Kiki!!!

A bit underwhelmed today. I try to shop on off days and off hours, it tends to be less crowded. I was looking at the 20v high end cordless drills. I waited in the aisle for 30 minutes. You would think that sales people might be watching for a customer looking at a $ 350. Drill. After a while I went searching for a HD employee. The Home Depot employee I asked for help was busy with another customer, naturally I asked him for help when he has finished helping the customer. After waiting around another 15 minutes and looking for the HD employee who agreed to help me he was now cutting keys for a new customer I left, very disappointed. And headed to Lowe’s.

I never thought I’d be writing a review of Home Depot. They’re pretty much all the same, right? Hell to the No! Let me preface this with the fact that I’m nobody special and I don’t expect special treatment. That being said, my money is green just like every other Swingin’ D’s. So, yesterday I’m at this particular location. I grabbed what I came in for and thought I’d look around the nursery/gardening section. I decided to leave before I dropped any more money on things I really wanted but shouldn’t buy. I decided to check out in the nursery section. No wait and the cashier was just standing there. BIGMISTAKE. This is when I had the misfortune of encountering Rachel. Yes, Rachel my dear I’m calling you out on this one. 1) She was rude, rude, rude, rude, rude & rude; 2) a flaming bag of dog dookie on your front porch has more charm than her; &3) I left there with a cloud of Rachel Hatred over my head. It was a totally bizarre experience. Home Depot do the world a favor and put Rachel in the stock room with the other cardboard boxes. Hey man, if I worked at Home Depot the nursery is where I’d want to work … fresh air, sunshine, cool breeze & lots of plants. What’s not to like? Rachel, turn that frown upside down! All I know is if I’m ever at this location again and Rachel is manning the checkout stand, I’m droppin’ my stuff and headed for the nearest exit. I’ll just trot my ass over to the Lowe’s.

It’s the typical Home Depot. Plenty of items and service. The key here is they have the best hot dogs on weekends. May be the best i have ever had.
