Hearth And Patio

I am so happy with my new fireplace, and the six weeks it took to make was well worth the wait. I came in here with my husband and was immediately being helped by Matt Justice. He gave me catalogs and informed me of the time it takes to make these fireplaces. About a week later, I called and spoke to Matt again and sent him pictures of my current old ass fireplace and he put me in touch with Brian who took over because he’s the fireplace guy. Brian came out to my house twice for measurements and brought me the different finishes that I could choose from. He gave me different ideas of how the fireplace would be installed and how it would look. I chose what I wanted, left a deposit, and six weeks later when it came in, Brian emailed me and made sure he could come and install it on the evening he wanted to. Of course I said yes!!! He came to our house on a Monday evening at 7:30 pm and didn’t finish until 9:00 pm. He made sure every angle and side was leveled and looked perfect… now that is dedication. Brian is the man, one of the nicest human beings you’ll ever meet.

Jumped in to get a bag of BGE charcoal and a couple things. Nobody there to help. Saw that most things are really over priced. Will not be back.
