With more than 20 years in the image and fashion industries, Kim is a Champion of People who desire to be championed from the inside-​out. She works with individuals, teams, and organizations who have a conscious connection to inspire confidence in themselves and others, elevate their authentic personal brands and style, and live more empowered.

Overcoming personal trauma and beating the odds, Kim experienced her own inside-​out dramatic transformation and now serves as a keynote speaker, image consultant, and personal style & branding coach –working tirelessly, decisively and thoughtfully to bring about goal oriented solutions to those she’s honored to serve.

In 2010 Kim co-​authored, «Incredible Life: Top Experts Reveal How to Create Yours» and is passionate about inviting you into the possibilities of moving from fear to freedom stylistically and beyond.

I learned about Kim due to her working with a few of my coworkers. I finally got frustrated that I didn’t know how to shop. I didn’t know what clothes I should be wearing or how to assemble outfits. I kept getting frustrated shopping because I didn’t know what to look for, and then when I couldn’t find it (how could I!?) I’d get discouraged and leave. As a Christmas gift, my husband suggested that I have Kim help me with that. So I got into contact with her, and she made it happen.
We had a phone call to discuss what I was expecting and hoping to accomplish. Kim was very thorough. After the phone call, she sent me a questionaire to fill out with specifics on stuff that I love, stuff that I hate, what types of things I do (how often do you travel for work, how often do you go out, etc). And we set an appointment to do some shopping together. I’m not gonna lie guys, it’s not cheap. But it was a heck of an investment in myself, and I am SO HAPPY that I invested that money. Our shopping trip was great. I felt like she really understood what I wanted, despite having kind of strange and specific likes and dislikes. The shopping trip was so productive, and she gave me some really simple and easy to understand/​follow recommendations for what to wear and how to assemble outfits so they look put together. 2 weeks after the shopping trip, she followed up with me and I asked a few questions that I was able to think of and got some advice and recommendations from her regarding a tailor, etc.
I am so much more confident in shopping and feel great with where I am in terms of rebuilding my wardrobe. I would recommend her to anyone!

Thanks to an impromptu gift from my husband I got the pleasure of working with Kim of Uniquely Savvy and a Wardrobe Analysis.
Now, I do a pretty good job of putting myself together, and get compliments on my clothes quite a bit. BUT I am also a business owner and am right now doing a lot of branding work for myself and my company. So, while I usually felt put together I also felt a little schizophrenic and lacked clarity around what I was trying to say with my clothes.
In our few hours together she helped me to start to develop a «statement of style» that gives me a target to aim at each morning as I dress. That then gives me the confidence to go off to work with my clients knowing that my style and my brand are in agreement, *and* I feel like myself in my clothes and feel confident that I look my best.
What she does is so *obvious* once she does it, but I think that is just a huge testament to the experience she has with styling, fit, and accessorizing. When I design a home with my clients I always first have to know what kind of feeling I am trying to create before we start to design. In the same way Kim took her time asking *great* interview questions that drew out of me what I wanted when I got dressed. And not only did she help me figure out what I was aiming for, just as importantly, maybe most importantly, she helped me to embrace the playful, colorful, slightly retro way I like to dress.
By the time she left, I felt better about the decisions I’d made in my purchases, great about my overall look, and had let go of several pieces of clothing that just weren’t «me.»

Kim does such an amazing job with connecting with her clients, listening to what their concerns are, really getting down to the core issue and creating such an amazing sense of style you never thought you had.
I met with Kim and I had a major breakthrough in regards to my career goals and how my fashion sense relates to the direction I am headed. Her creativity and career oriented way of thinking motivated me instantly. I attended Kim Peterson’s vision board workshop a few weeks ago for the second year in a row. She offers so much insight as well as personal testimonials on how she has built a successful business. Each time I have walked away with tons of great information. We did a follow-​up phone call where she offered me some specific strategies on overcoming vision blockers that were greatly appreciated.

I have worked with Kim for many years in different ways. Most recently, I worked with Kim and my ten year old daughter.
My daughter became difficult for me to shop for and has very definite idea’s of how she wants to dress. When I introduced the idea to her of working with a personal stylist she loved the thought. She did her own research on line and met with Kim as they brainstormed ideas. Then when we met Kim at the mall and walked into the dressing room that had selections displayed, my daughters face lit up. I stepped out and the two of them worked together to build a functional, age appropriate and trendy wardrobe that my daughter loves. She has complete outfits that can take her from school to the play ground to a play date and out with the family for dinner. The difference a wardrobe can make in the self-​confidence and self-​esteem of a young girl is priceless. I would highly recommend Kim!

I have worked with Kim twice in the past 3 months, first was a «shop my closet» for a very special conference I was attending and I wanted to look my best and I did and I know it was because of Kim’s help.
The second time was just this past week, I brought Kim back to my closet to help me identify my brand and style. I already feel confident in choice of clothing and style. I don’t feel like I have a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear.

I hired Kim Peterson of Uniquely Savvy to help me create a better overall wardrobe. What I received was above and beyond my expectations. Kim spent almost two hours just trying to understand what am up to, how I want to represent my business, what kind of clientele we are targeting as being the best fit and how we can bring out my creativity & style in my attire. Kim then spent another 2 hours going through my current wardrobe with me, as I tried on all of my clothes and we decided what was working & what was not. We ended up thinning out all of the worn out looking clothes and items that did not fit me well or that I never wore.
Since our meeting Kim has been in communication at least 3x/​month making sure I am staying on track with what I committed to for my professional and personal branding.
I have purchased some J. Hilburn clothing through Kim and my fiancé thinks I am even more of a stud than she thought I was before. Kim at Uniquely Savvy completely transformed me! She dug through my closet with me (not pretty at times), helped me find who I am style-​wise (didn’t realize that was so hidden with my myriad of clothing choices) and equipped me with tools, confidence and an amazing wardrobe (much of which I already owned). She is personable, fun, non-​judgmental and has a gift at bringing out the best in you.

Kim is absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I have used her on several occasions. Every time we have been impressed by her professionalism. But even more than that — she has such an incredible ability to help you build any style or look you want to portrey. The last time we went shopping for a suit for my husband, Kim picked it out in advance. When we got to the dressing room he put it on and WOW. We didn’t even try on a second one. It was the perfect style and fit. We have decided that the time savings for him is great. We would have spent hours on our own and not ended up with something that looked anywhere near as good. Just knowing that the clothes we buy won’t hang in the closet unused is worth the investment to get it not just right, but spectacular is so worth it!
