Unfortunately, I’ll not be coming back or recommending this shop to anyone. In all fairness the front desk staff are quite courteous and responsive to calls and e-​mails however where the shop failed was providing an estimate close to $ 300 for a repair that I later accomplished myself by watching a 3 minute YouTube Video and replacing a $ 20 broken part!
I’m very disappointed, to say the least. The shop provided a written estimate to replace my 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited Automatic Belt Tensioner ($ 132) and Serpentine Belt ($ 67) plus $ 100 for Labor! I took the estimate to O’Reilly Auto Parts, right across from them and was able to get the same EXACT parts for the Automatic Belt Tensioner for $ 55 and the same EXACT Serpentine Belt for $ 21. I reached out to the shop in total disbelief about this outrageous mark-​up and was told this is «the standard industry practice», yet I’m not convinced it is at all.
Nevertheless I suggested to give them the parts and they can charge me the labor (which sounded reasonable) and of course they’d not accommodate me, citing «insurance liability», which makes no sense to me what-​so ever, furthermore I’m convinced it’s a made up excuse. At any rate, I returned to the auto parts shop, explained what was broken, which was just an Idler Pulley and he explained there was no need to change the belt or the entire Automatic Belt Tensioner assembly and to only replace the broken pulley for $ 20, problem solved! Note to this Shop owner: You’ve lost a customer for good and your current practices has and will continue to cost you referrals and business in short and long term. I almost forgot, the shop still charged me $ 55 for «diagnostic» which included popping the hood open and pointing to the broken pulley which I myself had discovered earlier!

I found My Auto Pro and read through all the awesome reviews and had to check them out! I am always very weary about taking my car into a new shop because 1) I don’t know squat about cars and 2) Being a woman, I get taken advantage of a lot.
I called and Renee was so nice and helpful! I had my car towed in Tuesday night and they checked it out Wednesday. I wanted to bring it into somewhere that is honest and trustworthy to see if my problems are due to the previous shop that worked on my car (which it is! and i am waiting to hear back from them on when my car can get fixed) :) I even asked Renee to reach out to the previous shop for me to give them a heads up on what is wrong.
Renee and Travis have great customer service, are really honest, and broke it down for me so it makes sense.:)
I will def recommend to friends/​family to this shop in the future.

I cannot say enough nice things about Travis and Mike. As a single woman, not familiar with the ins and outs of car repairs, I’m a prime target to be taken advantage of. I’ve never felt that with this shop. After having poor service over the years from others I asked a friend for help to find a reliable place and My Auto Pro is what he recommended.
I’ve used them several times since and haven’t had any regrets. They’ve been so helpful with my repairs, understanding of my financial situation and have bent over backwards in many ways to see that I’m taken care of. They are honest and trustworthy. I am so grateful to have someone I can turn to for my car needs and will always use them for future repairs. Thank you Travis and Mike!

I was excited to visit them after seeing the great reviews, but I have been horribly disappointed. They are not friendly over the phone or in person. After service they told me they had worked on my car, but when I arrived to pick it up the invoice showed they only did half the work they told me they did over the phone. I asked for them to complete the work and was told my car was already out of the shop so we’d have to reschedule. I wanted to take my car to a great, reliable, family owned shop, but this won’t be it. I don’t even trust them to change my oil correctly.

Good friendly service.
Had to get my alternator replaced. It was my understanding that there should be no additional labor for changing engine belts.
Played dumb Call a few auto shops for prices for alternator and belt (2x) replacement, they all wanted to charge me labor for both.
Call My Auto Pro, instantly told me that for belts, I just have to pay for parts.
+++ for honesty !
My car was done on time !

Ditto on all the previous accolades! I’ve used them twice now and they offer excellent, trustworthy customer service you can rely on. No hassles getting me in or out and they’ve completed jobs ahead of schedule.
I need more work done on my car and will be taking it exclusively to this shop. Their estimate and rundown on needed future repairs was clear, concise and even prioritized and color-​coded for better understanding.
Owner Travis is the main mechanic and is hard-​working, honest and dependable. These guys are top-​notch and I highly recommend them! What more could you ask for?

Where to start, hmm, I get treated well, they do the job in a timely and quallity fashion, they are priced fairly, they take good care of my wife and daugther when they bring their cars in. My Auto Pro is the place to go. Renee and Travis are awesome at what they do!

I have been taking my cars here for years. They are honest and don’t sugar coat anything .They are great at fixing any problem or finding a honest shop on services they don’t do there. The prices are fair and more often less than what they say the first time. I will always bring my car here and I tell my friends to do the same.

I have been coming to My Auto pro for at least 3 years and always get fast, friendly service & the price is very affordable especially considering the dealerships quote me 30−40% higher! Renee & Travis are great. I have sent 4 – 5 people to them and everyone has been extremely happy with the service.
They got my radiator changed same day as they know I needed my car back quick!

I have taken a couple cars here some work is satisfactory some is not. The reason I write this review is because of my last 2 expierences. I took my car in because the digital dash cluster wasn’t working properly. I understand that this part is not easy to find so I didn’t mind the long wait. What I was not happy with is that they told me it was fixed. I picked it up and the original problem was fixed however there were several new problems that were not there before I had brought it in. It was several months before I was able to bring it in to have them look at it again because not long after I had it at they’re shop my transmission blew. Once I did get it back to they’re shop the lady told me that the tech that installed my stereo did something wrong even though the problems I asked them to look at were there before the stereo was installed. It was either the part they installed or the way it was hooked up that was the problem. I also asked them to look in to another new problem I was having which they clearly did not. The lady told me it could be any number of things and that my car is just old and I should basically give up. Within 2 minutes of looking at my car at home I found the problem I asked them to look at. They basically gave me the cold shoulder and pushed me away. Totally not satisfied!

I’ve been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to them for several years, starting with a blown head gasket that the dealer guessed would require replacement of both cylinder heads! They figured out the real cause and saved me a ton of money. Recently, a radiator they installed started leaking after eight months, and they replaced it for absolutely no charge! They are courteous, knowledgeable and keep their commitments. Highly recommended.

After the internet led me to a few home troubleshooting tips and a couple of quick repairs, I had not fixed my problem. I turned to My Auto Pro hoping their reviews would continue on as money is tight and I had an electrical problem that I was really concerned could get out of hand. I dropped in without an appointment on Travis 10 minutes after he opened. I could see the parking lot. He was slammed, I knew it, but he didn’t hesitate. I told him all of my brake lights were malfunctioning and I was out of options. He didn’t hesitate, told me he would fit me in and I was very thankful. I was thinking electrical short, malfunctioning turn signal connections, so may options… Renee called me that afternoon and to my elation. It was bulbs. multiple ones. the wrong ones. Installed by a Chevy Dealer… yep, thats right. Who’da thunk. I tell you who. A good mechanic who cares about his customers to start with the things you don’t think of to save time, money and stress. After 6 years of leasing, I’m resting easier knowing I’ve found a shop I can count on to help with the big items. There are a few more items I know are pending, Travis helped identify one of them and I will not hesitate to go back. Can’t recommend this shop enough if you’re looking for the right people who not only care about what they are doing, but also do it right.

This is quite possibly the best shop in the world.
I’ve brought several different cars here with several very different repair needs. Every single time the service has been incredibly fast. As a young female, I have had several extremely bad experiences with mechanics. But with the wife Renee running this shop, I always receive friendly and honest service. The husband Travis always comes out of the shop to talk to me about exactly what he found/​fixed on my car and he’s even taken the time to discuss major jobs on the phone. For maintenance I’ve called around to several shops in the area and gotten quotes; My Auto Pro has always been one of the cheapest.
I recently took my car in for a simply diagnosis and repair. I dropped it off at closing one evening. 30 minutes after opening the next day Renee called to tell me what was wrong and that it was already fixed. When I went to pick it up they didn’t even charge me! That’s the kind of business I want to tell everyone I know about!
With this husband/​wife team owning and running the place I truly trust them to do a good job, stand by their work, and I know my money’s going to the right pockets.
I literally look forward to taking my car (s) here and will continue doing so as long as I live even remotely nearby.

I take my car here for oil changes. They have the best prices around. And Renee is soo nice! Super quick and friendly. Love that.

I had a coupon for this place and I heard they were family owned so I wanted to try them out. I just had a Lube, Oil, Filter done around December 2009. It was done right and VERY quickly and the wife of the mechanic, (I forget her name) was pleasant and knowledgeable. The reason I only give this 4 stars though is that I’m used to going to Jiffy Lube where they vacuum your floors and rotate and fill your tires. The mechanic didn’t do that, but then again I also didn’t ask if he would be. I just assumed this was always done. But overall, I had a good experience with them and I would go back.

Finally! A trustworthy and honest mechanic!
I love this place. You can get your car in quickly and easily and they always tell you up front all costs. I’ve found Travis (the mechanic) to be one of the best I’ve ever taken my car too. Renee works the front counter and is great to talk with and always helpful.
I don’t really agree with the other reviewer that this place is expensive. You can get an oil change with SYNTHETIC for the same price as other places charge for regular oil changes.
I’ve also have them give me a quote and when my car was done I actually paid less. How often has that ever happened to you at a mechanic?
I am very glad to have found a trustworthy and reliable mechanic near my home.

This is a family business owned by husband and wife. Travis is a very qulified technician, and his wife, a very nice lady, takes care of the business side. I did some major repairs there and was happy with both their service and the quality of the work. And their lot is always full so I know they get a lot of customers.
The only thing is that this place is NOT cheap, but you can count on them to do things right and use genuine parts.
