Keith cleaned our carpet and stairs this past Saturday and we could not be more pleased. He was professional, booking was a breeze and the carpet came out very clean, soft and stain free. I would recommend Meteor Brite without exception!

Online scheduling was fantastic — and they actually showed up exactly on time. 8 am on the dot (you can’t say that about a lot of service professionals). I had some tough stains that we had not been able to get out, but Meteor Brite was able to take care of it. Additionally, he spotted stains that we didn’t even know existed and got rid of those too. We found them initially through Groupon, their regular prices are well worth every penny!

They did a great job cleaning the carpets. He was vey polite and professional.
I will be using them again.

I have had my carpets cleaned by Meteor Brite a few times now, and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service all around. Keith really took the time to make sure everything was done right, got any existing stains out, and even did some extra treatment to my carpets because I do own a dog and things happen when you have pets.

Scheduling was easy and painless using the online interface. Keith was responsive to the voicemail I left confirming details of the appointment and showed up on-​schedule. He was efficient, professional, and thorough, and the price was definitely great. This was a far superior experience to a previous carpet cleaning with a competitor, which failed to get out a stain and even left what seemed like a new stain on the «cleaned» carpet. I would happily recommend Meteor Brite and Keith.

Meteor Brite did a fantastic job today. Our interaction started and stayed on an outstanding footing from the beginning. I am new to the area so i used a Groupon to try Meteor Brite — Keith called back promptly and answered all of my questions. The online reservation system is great. He showed up promptly and did a wonderful job — Keith is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He took great care to protect our home and furnishings while he was doing the work. I have already recommended him to 3 neighbors — Meteor Brite is a real find — top quality at a reasonable price!

Just had the owner (Keith) out to clean one room and some stairs.
We found a groupon so we thought we would try this place since another company was going to charge almost $ 300 for one room.
I was impressed before he even showed up. He called to let us know he was going to be five minutes late which I thought was very courteous.
He was very friendly and professional.
My husband was concerned about leaving the carpet really wet so Keith offered to leave a fan behind to help ensure the carpet dried faster. He also left us with some super strong carpet cleaner.
Finally, Keith offered to move all my furniture back onto blocks when he was done so we could be comfortable in our family room. I feel Keith’s service was exceptional and I will absolutely use him again.

My wife and I were moving out of a rental home where we contractually had to steam clean the carpets. We went with the least expensive cleaning option, but were amazed by the quality of work and attention to detail. Without a doubt we’ll be recommending Meteor Brite to friends and using them again for our own cleaning needs.

Keith did a FANTASTIC job with everything! He was very personable and took the time to explain everything. showed up on time, was definitely not in a hurry, but stayed on task. Worked with me on a good price to add stairs and hallway. Treated a very bad stain for free. Has the best equipment. Surprised at how reasonably priced it is to have beautiful 15 year old carpets.

Keith was absolutely wonderful to deal with so professional. He took great care in pretreating our carpets and never hesitated when I asked him if he could clean something. I also like that he used natural products as we have a baby and pets. I would highly recommend him to work in anyones home.

Keith was so friendly and professional. He was prompt and courteous and I liked that I could schedule online at my convenience– with kids it’s easier for me to schedule things after their bedtime so it’s nice to have an option that is outside of normal business hours. He seemed to really care about doing a good job and my carpets look great! Highly recommend!

We purchased our home new in 2009 and have never ever cleaned the carpets. Who knew we had to? We don’t wear shoes inside, but a layer of grime still built up on the carpets over time (I blame my dog :)). With the upcoming arrival of a new baby, we thought we should clean the carpets since the kid might be spending a fair amount of time face planting on the floor. Keith did a great job cleaning our carpets and even managed to clear the grime on 3 flights of stairs!
He has some super duper fans that managed to dry the wet carpets in a decent amount of time. I was worried about the cleaning solutions he used, but apparently he uses some green cleaners that are environmentally friendly though he still makes sure that all the carpets are clear of cleaner residue before he leaves. I’d recommend securing or removing pets while he’s working though as the noise and the smell can get to be too much for them. I know my nervous little dog would have been unable to be around all that commotion so we put her in daycare for the day.
When I contacted him, I was under the impression that he used one of those portable steam cleaners that I see people using on furniture. Nope! He has a powerful motor cleaner that’s built into his van, and he snakes the hose from the van into your home. If you live in a high rise condo, this is probably not the cleaning solution for you, but if you live in an average house like mine, or maybe even just a floor or two above ground level, I’d give Keith a shot.
He is friendly and professional. I’d use him again!
