The other reviews are true, they are filled with nice staff (at first) and the work gets completed quickly (but they charge you for more time than it takes so be careful).
I brought in my set of tires that needed to be installed at 4:10pm and got quoted $ 25 per tire (pretty good price) plus labor ($ 98/​hr). The lady at the front quoted an hour an a half of work and I agreed to that. Walked over to Lucky 7 to have a few beverages and came back at 5:30pm with my bike parked up front all finished.
The total came out to $ 240.02. I will post pictures of my invoice. At the time I just paid because it had been a long day (bad decision on my end). Got home and checked over the invoice a little closer because it is quite ridiculous to be charged $ 240.02 for an installation of tubeless motorcycle tires.
It turns out i got charged with:
2 units per tire at a cost of $ 25.
1.8 units of labor which equals 1hr 48 min of labor for a tire change. That is impossible. I was there at 4:10pm-5:30pm, at the very most (if they magically took my bike right when I got off to walk through the doors) it could only be possible to charge 1hr 20min. SO THEY CHARGED ME FOR FUTURE TIME THAT HAS NOT EVEN PASSED YET! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? YOU TELL ME.
I have tried contacting the front desk lady once in person and once by phone, and both times said that the owner will contact me and refund me .3 units of labor to make it 1.5 units of labor total. Still have not received any word from anyone.
On the phone she insulted me asking if I knew anything about businesses (which is hilarious because I was calling between classes at UW School of Business, a few quarters shy of a Business Finance degree), and then some bogus excuse saying she pulled a mechanic off another bike for my bike that is why they charged me extra labor to compensate for the other work. How does that make any sense? She confessed to over charging me and still not refunding my money! What kinda business is this?!
I would not recommend coming here unless it is a last resort. Don’t be fooled by kindness of the lady in the front, and be careful of your invoices because they will throw in false charges.
I am in the process of filing a fraudulent charge with BECU to get refunded the correct amount. I will keep this review updated.

I took my Evo Harley to Cyclpath for some minor service and a Dynotune. They got it completely squared away. It starts and runs notably better, and they took care of everything I asked and more. The bike hadn’t been run much for the last ten years and some seals were leaking, the petcock was dripping, the brake calipers needed rebuilding and the carb was out of adjustment which made it hard to start. Jeff Carney is friendly and professional, and took the time to explain some things to me. They will continue to get my business. They also got my 80″ Evo tuned to 80 cubed, which is 80 cubic inches, 80 horsepower, and 80 foot pounds of torque. Now that’s symmetry! I subsequently recommended them to a colleague whose uncle gave her a 1991 Sportster that hadn’t been run in a while. She asked around at the dealerships and they told her they don’t work on «vintage» bikes! She’s a total Harley newbie, but fearless, and was really pleased with the service at Cyclpath and their patience with all of her very basic questions. She’ll be back, too, even though she lives in Seattle and Kirkland isn’t too convenient for her.

I ran my battery down on my bike and these guys managed to get me up and running again and back into the city to make my appointments on time. I thought it was great service and very helpful. I had a very good experience there.

The company and staff of Cyclpath has my business for life– skilled craftsmen, honest work, and reliability built in to each maintenence process. Not only do they work on motorcycles, they ride as a way of life and that speaks volumes about them. They know when they do a service what they would expect and pass that level on to their customers.
Trust is the keyword here in practice and satisfaction, I know I can get on my bike at any time and ride to the East Coast and back without a second thought– that’s what I believe about their work.

I know it’s old when someone says «I don’t typically write reviews» but is a fact. However, in this case I feel compelled to write a review. First, Jeff Carney the owner, was very easy to work with, helped me find the best priced parts for my bike and the work was flawless. It is like I have a completely different bike. And most important, for a 50% less than a Harley Dealer would charge and the work got done in half the time a Harley dealer would take. Go to Cyclpath if you want your bike to be at its best for a good price.

Jeff and the crew there are able to troubleshoot any bike issue. Very willing and able group. As a privately owned business, you’re not going to be dealing with several people to get what you need. They have a massive supply of parts (OEM and after market), with a level of satisfaction that can only come from a small shop, that really cares about your finished product. Go here first, for any bike. Jeff will get you what you need.

This is by far and away the best bike shop around. I have been taking my Harley there since it opened some 7 or 8 years ago and and still as impressed with them as I always have been.
Owner Jeff Carney is the best diagnostician I have ever met and a helluva nice guy too. Very fair with his pricing. Head wrench Darrin Waters knows bikes so well, he could do a rebuild or repair in his sleep, and he wont finish until he is absolutely sure everything is done right.
Most of the guys in my club take their bike there because they know they will be treated fairly, quickly and the job will be done right.
You cant go wrong at this place! And by the way, no one asked me to do this review, it is strictly legit.
