This is not the place to go to get to your bike worked on. Was ready to throw down $ 500 for tire, brakes and service. I set up an appointment to have it worked, dropped the bike off. The service techs are to busy taking breaks, than turning a wrench. When I went to go pick it up, they hadn’t even started on it. Their customer service sucks and don’t know how to handle an upset customer. They had plenty of time. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Beware of Mike, he doesn’t know how to do customer service. Bad business.

Purchased a new Honda Grom at Lake City Powersports through the Costco Auto Program. I can’t imagine the process being any smoother. Mike called me up shortly after I filled out the online form and asked me to come in to look at the quote. I was in and out of the shop in about 45 minutes with a great fixed price. No games, no negotiations, and no hassle.
As an added bonus, since I live close by they put it on the their truck and delivered it to my house for free once the service department finished setting it up.
On top of all that, the Costco program also gives a 15% coupon for parts, service, accessories, and apparel. I’m really happy with the program and this shop — thanks for making it such a quick and easy process.

I love taking in my Grom in here to get work done on it. They take care of it as if it was they’re own. Super friendly and knowledgeable about what will work on the Grom and they do great work on them. I have had them do everything from chain, tires, cam, swing arm, etc and have never ran into a problem with them working on it and is why I take it to them almost monthly. I recently purchased a motorcycle from Lakecity Powersports, it was a very professional and painless process. I have gone there in the past for parts and their service has been prompt as well. I would recommend them.

Bought a rear wheel swingarm stand for my motorcycle. The price was between a harbor freight stand (which I owned before and returned because of the poor quality), and the more expensive pitbull stands. I had to call around to actually find something in this price range. I’m happy w/​the purchase.
They stock lots of basics like fluids, chain cleaners, etc.
I only have used bikes and I do my own work. I’m happy to buy parts/​fluids from them.

Had a question about oil capacity of my new bike.
Service dept employee kinda rude and not very helpful at all. Gave me the impression I was wasting his time. Place is less than a mile from my home but I’ll travel to get professional customer service. I give lake city powersports 1 star because zero or anything less is not a whole number

Took in a Honda outboard for what I assumed was a very minor repair. Sadly it was more complex and very expensive. The staff worked with me to make it less painful and I appreciated their help. I was headed out to waters far from home and really needed this engine to perform. So far so good! Thanks.

Great service! Went in to fix some damage after I low sided my bike. The service department was very helpful in assessing the damage. I had gone in earlier once, while I was looking to buy a used bike. The overall experience was great both the times.

Took my dirt bike in to get some service done, new chain and sprocket as well as getting my carb cleaned up. These guys got the job done quickly and had me back on the trails. I would recommend this shop for service.

Thanks for not getting back to me about that new Honda Forza scooter for which you approved my loan application. I took the $ 2,700 down-​payment and bought a slightly used (under 6,000 miles) 2007 Yamaha Majesty, paid in full!

I purchased a motorcycle here. I decided to pickup the motorcycle later so the salesperson Timothy told me to give them a call the day before picking up the bike so they can hook up the batteries. I called on Friday ⁷⁄₃ since they close on ⁷⁄₄ for Independence Day and the next day they open is Tuesday ⁷⁄₇. On Tuesday I got to the dealership and Timothy looked at me, surprised. He told me that he still haven’t got the bike ready and I would have to wait for another 30minutes at least for the bike to be ready. I was in a hurry to get to work but I decided I could wait for half an hour. After 40minutes Timothy came back and told me the technician needs another half an hour. I understand that human make mistakes but this inconsistency of service is NOT acceptable. The people here are not bad people, but definitely not the nicest you will see at a dealership.

Just purchased my second Honda from Lake City Powersports yesterday using my CBR500 as trade in. Tom and the whole team are extremely fair and easy to deal with. There’s no question that all of my future business will be done here.

Worked with the sales manager Tom. He was super friendly and even delivered my new bike to my home because I was a new rider.

I have only dealt with the parts department but everyone there is extremely helpful. I recently had ordered a part for my dirtbike that had to get shipped to the store prior to me picking it up. I had already paid for it, and the older gentlemen who I picked it up from informed me that the same part I needed came in with a different brand and lower price. He exchanged the part for me and saved me about 30 dollars. I thought this was great customer service and will continue to recommend this place.

Tom and Amy are fantastic! They are both very helpful and friendly! I had my heart set on a Honda Grom and unfortunately they had none. Not only did they not have the motorcycle of my dreams but they were not expecting any more until 2015 because they are so hard to find. I put a deposit down so I could be the first to know when a Grom was available. Alas, two days later, Tom called to inform me that he had gotten in a black Honda Grom! My night was made!
It’s safe to say I’ll be coming back. LCPS’s superb customer service and motorcycle knowledge is truly top notch.

I recently brought my Honda Shadow in to have highway bars and pegs installed. Casey in the parts department was patient and helpful in getting me the best deal. The parts arrived and were installed quickly. After less than a week of riding, one of the foot pegs fell off. I brought it back in and they replaced the whole assembly at no charge to me; despite the fact that the manufacturer refused to reimburse them for the faulty parts. Thanks for taking one for the team, you guys!

CAUTION!!! stay away from this trash dealership.
These guys are a bunch of lying dbags.
I was interested in purchasing a motorcycle, even made an advance payment over the phone, they promised me that the bike would be ready the next day, and when I showed up the bike isn’t there and I’m told some cock and bull story about some parts that needed to be ordered in order to have the bike ready and also that they forgot to call.
A week later the bike still isnt ready and still haven’t received the refund on my advance payment.

While visiting my mom, hoofed around the Lake City neighborhood and wandered into this store to look at HONDA power generators that were on sale.
THE SET-​UP
Once inside, I was pretty impressed with the variety of motorized vehicles for sale, as well as the broad diversity of vehicles they service, INCLUDING scooters.
If you are looking for a new or used Scooter, ATV or Motorcycle, you can find a lot of varieties here. Being in an aquatic area, they also have water craft as well. The staff is hella friendly and there was no reluctance to answer any questions posed.
And they help you, if you are interested, in an entire package that includes the finance contracts and locating amenable insurance vendors.
THE LOWDOWN
When and if I make the move to Seattle, I’m certainly going to be hitting up this location for scooter and watercraft options!
