I really needed a part for a car so I worked out FedEx shipping on a Thursday morning it was paid for and I called them and said they need to schedule pick up I found out Friday morning it was not shipped out yet so I called them and said you guys have had the shipping label since yesterday morning how come it was not shipped I really need it and the said sorry Fed ex was called and they are picking it up today (Friday) ok… I was not happy but ok. Monday morning I check on tracking and found out it was not picked up until Monday afternoon!!! I could not believe it… it was like a bad movie and I expected to hear some scary psycho music I mean that is the absolute worst service in history even after assuring me it was going out Thurs. Then Fri. …Monday??? It was paid for and they had the shipping label Thur. Morning! You have no idea the trouble that caused me I don’t even want to explain but Jesse was the assured and pretty bad if that guy is running things there. I would not be surprised if your product goes missing. Please do not use these guys!!!
