The staff at this place is soooo rude! Specially the old man white hair. I was only buying 1 small thing and when I approached the register, the man made me wait so he can ring up another person who wasnt even ready. He did not care that I was there carrying my 4 months old baby. Then he sort of walked with me towards the front door and I thought he was gonna open it for me so I could push the stroller out, but of course not! It would have been too much to ask, he just put something on the display and walked away. Unbelievable!

Excellent customer service! If I owned my own company I would want Neal working for me.

Yikes. The employees here (save for one tall young man who seemed to be an assistant manager or should be) are downright rude. I came in for the free check engine light diagnostic they heavily advertise, was ignored for the first five minutes in the store and then dismissed when I was finally acknowledged and asked about the check engine light test («some guy took the scanner. He’s outside, maybe.») Alrightyyyyyyy. We waited uncomfortably for another 10 minutes (we were the only people in the store but no one said a word to us) until the one stand up employee admitted that the scanner had been gone for at least an hour, and he said he’d call me when it was back. We thanked him profusely and headed home. About an hour later, we got the call that the scanner was back and returned to Autozone. We told the same employee who had been so rude to us the first time (unfortunately he was the only one around) that we’d received a call and had come back for the scan. In the next ten minutes we spent with this man, he alternated between ignoring things I was saying and cutting me off (and I’m not exactly a chatterbox. He said in a tone that implied we were wasting his time that my «service engine soon» light on my 2006 Nissan Altima just meant it needed an oil change. I explained that the my model doesn’t have a «check engine light» but that the «service engine» serves the same function, and that I’d actually recently had my oil changed so I was worried it was an emissions problem. He cut me off with, «IT WAS AN EXAMPLE.» The code saying we had an emissions problem came up a few seconds later.)
I think it’s a great business move that Autozone does these free checks, and I would have bought whatever we needed from them if the experience had gone differently. As it is, I’ll go out of my way to avoid this particular store and encourage you to do the same.

Worst customer service. These guys have no idea what they are talking about everytime I go in. They always have a dumb look on their faces when you ask a simple question. Im a mechanic, so I know apparently way more than these guys ever do. The final straw was getting help with my check engine light, which the guy refused to clear after the problem was found. I guess they will hire any low life off the street that knows nothing about cars. Waste of time, terrible service, and horrible employees. The one store has made me sure I will never step into another Auto Zone again!

These guys are rock stars at customer service. My wife and I went in late in the day and needed a new battery. Unfortunately, I didn’t grab his name but the gentleman that helped us was very respectful and provided excellent customer service. Her battery was so corroded he spent over an hour installing the new one. The store manager also chipped in and assisted with removing a terminal. After all said and done, he did a great, thorough job completing the install that should have been easier than it was.

This is a great auto part store. Was in and out with INSTALLED windshield wipers in 15 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable team member Fred, walked us over to the right size wiper and then offered to install them for us. Great prices, product knowledge and the best service ever!

Thankfully, I don’t have very many reasons to visit auto parts stores, but no matter how many I go to, I always end up back at this one. The staff is knowledgeable and I never feel rushed or that they are trying to up sell anything. Oh, and did I mention helpful? This is the kind of place I would feel comfortable sending my daughters to, knowing they will be treated well. Just today I had a bad battery so I bought a new one from them. Just in time too — my car wouldn’t start. So I went inside to see if I could borrow a wrench and not only did they have a wrench that I could use, but since it was slow the guy slipped on a pair of gloves and helped. THAT is service you just don’t see any more these days. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Yup 5 stars. No brainer.
I prefer this AutoZone compared to the O’Reilly down the street because the employees here are much more knowledgeable. I’ve gotten recommendations for products at O’Reilly from their employees that were wastes of money.
I like to perform my own repairs on my car so I’ll do all my research beforehand via internet, YouTube, etc. However, like they say about swimming, you can only learn so much by reading and watching it; it’s the experience that will teach you how to swim. It’s a great feeling to have knowing that the knowledgeable staff here will have your back.
Also, they always have the parts or products I need and will let you borrow their tools. Before you buy, ask them to see if you can borrow their tools first, they let me borrow the tool I needed to replace my serpentine belt.
