History

Established in 1990.

Around 1890, the property that is now Carillon Point was the home of Atlanta Park, a dance hall for passengers of various tour boats that cruised Lake Washington. Since then, Carillon Point has been home to various shipyard and also the Seattle Seahawks (used for practice). Now, Carillon Point offers the finest office space on the Eastside, luxurious lodging at the Woodmark Hotel, an active dining scene with three fabulous restaurants, a boutique fitness studio, hair salon, wedding gown designer, and jeweler’s atelier.
