Established in 1990.

My grandfather in New Hampshire taught me the building trade from the ground up. His philosophy was that if you commit to a project then do it right or, don’t do it at all. His vision has been my inspiration and guiding principal. As an established eastside contractor and builder in the greater Seattle area, I have had the good fortune of developing many long term professional relationships with customers, architects, suppliers, tradesmen and employees.

As an independently owned, full-​service home builder we provide general contracting and design/​build services for residential clients throughout Greater Seattle. I’m originally from Center Harbor, New Hampshire, love working with wood (a good trait for a contractor) being outdoors skiing, biking and kayaking (keeps me in shape for carrying all that wood) and trying new things (currently taking up flyfishing).

I love building and bringing beauty into people’s lives through quality craftsmanship and paying attention to the smallest of details. I believe that what you can’t see is as important as what you can and that cutting corners will only lead to greater expense down the road.
