Baymont Inn And Suites Kirkland

Super thin walls ! You can literally hear people’s conversations in the rooms next to you. The girl blow drying her hair at 8am this morning sounded like she was in my bathroom !
Work out room has 3 machines, one of which being broken .
Hard to find parking, the two restaurants located next to it share parking .
It is located rite off freeway ! The rooms themselves were clean. Nice staff .
I just can’t get over how paper thin the walls are :(

Terrible stay. Guy next to us on the 3^rd floor continually smoked cigarettes and flicked them at my car damaging the paint. Kirkland police contacted. Staff was very rude and didn’t care about what their guests did, even though there are signs stating you must smoke 25ft from any entrance. Hot tub was dirty and too many people used it at once. Never again. Unsafe motel. Go to the econolodge in bothell instead.

A typical motel situation with plenty of parking and close access to the highway. The place was clean, smelled nice in the lobby and room, and had a pleasant, smiling desk staff. The cleaners were quiet and unobtrusive. The sheets, towels, and soap were changed daily. The breakfast bar featured make your own waffles and all the accoutrements were fresh and the dishes clean.

Noce, clean, quiet. Comfy bed. Feels safe. No complaints. I wish they had a roll in shower but that’s it. Recommend.

This is the first time I been to baymont and i would say the staff is great, you come in and they have fresh cookies made for you. This is a 2 building hotel so if you live in the second building you would have to walk through the parking lot to get there. The reason I give it 3 stars is because well it’s many small things added up. The pool is outdoor and it’s cold in Seattle, the breakfast offers very minimal food, I was expecting cooked potatoes and bacon or something, and the gym is small but doable. This is more of a 2 star but consider the staff being really nice and 24 – 7 coffee available, I’ll give it 3 stars

I would give this place a 4 or 5 stars if it wasn’t for the urine under the toilet seat when I first went into the bathroom in the room. It is very quiet, front desk girl was very friendly and helpful and the rest of the room seemed clean.

Nice clean quiet rooms. Plenty of parking and the Brown bag restaurant is in walking distance. Free cookies when checking in too.

I’m so disappointed — I booked a room on
& drove 4 hours to stay over night. Only to find out that the didn’t get my reservation. Very upset & has ruined my entire weekend.

Beware the wifi is really flakey here. If you are travelling these days at the end of the day you typically need to go online to do something. The wifi in this hotel is like the old 56K modem days. Sometimes you get some bandwidth and then 3 minutes later you have to wait 5 minutes for a page to load. This is unacceptable in this day and age. In addition, the breakfast is the standard meek hotel breakfast. Would it really trouble the hotel to make eggs and toast?

I don’t know how this hotel can have a 4-​star rating?! My stay was awhile back, but our company has used this hotel for people who come in to interview, and I’m getting similar reports.
Let’s begin with the positives:
– umm… there was no evidence of bedbugs, as reported by others on travel websites.
Now on to the negatives:
– hotel is located adjacent to I-​405 freeway off-​ramp. Walls are thin and you hear every noise outside (hint: NOISY)
– rooms are all entered from exterior, so anybody has access to rooms rather that having to go through a staffed lobby. A separate building with rooms is located behind the building where the main reception lobby is located. During my stay, I was one of two guests in this building; fortunately the other guest didn’t appear to be an axe murderer. Still, I have seen enough episodes of Criminal Minds to know all axe murderers don’t look like one, so I put a chair up to the door. (hint: UNSAFE)
– rooms are outdated and old; bathroom grout needs cleaning. Bed wasn’t comfortable and pillow was awful. (hint: UGLY & SMELLY)
–Breakfast in the lobby wasn’t appealing and didn’t look fresh, so I can’t comment on taste/​freshness. (hint: DUBIOUS)
–Recently some foreign customers stayed at his hotel (Dec 2014) and reported a police incident taking place on premises. (hint: SKETCHY)
–wifi was free, but signal was weak. (hint: BORED)
–The Brown Bag Café is located in same parking lot in walking distance. I had breakfast here (see review). Food comes in large portions, but is overpriced, greasy and tasted awful. (hint: GO ELSEWHERE)
There are newer, cleaner, quieter and safer lodging options nearby. Pay a few more bucks to feel safe and comfortable. Unless you are desperate, go elsewhere. However, if your obnoxious uncle & his family come to town to visit, this might be a good choice, because they won’t stay too long!
This is the kind of place where the Griswold’s might stay!

I have stayed at this property twice and the quality of the rooms and service were consistently good with both visits.
This hotel is very conveniently located right off 405. The hotel itself is older and rooms all have exterior entrances. I think there is only one elevator in the main building so be prepared to climb stairs.
Our room was nice and clean. Microwave and refrigerator in the room was a plus. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot. There are in room coffee makers with an assortment of coffees and teas in the room.
The continental breakfast was pretty good. Pretty decent assortment: waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, bread, bagels, hot and cold cereal, fruit and yogurt, as well as coffee, milk, juices, teas and cocoa.
There is a hot tub and an outdoor pool, which we didn’t try out, but both looked pretty well maintained.
I would not hesitate to stay here again. Clean hotel, friendly staff and reasonable prices and amenities.

I stayed here with two dogs for 6 days when I moved to the Seattle area. They were great about letting me have the dogs and were super friendly at the front desk. The room was well cleaned and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to pet owners and non-​pet guests alike!

I’m a Hilton Gold (almost Diamond) member so my standards are higher than they should be. Seattle is crazy high on rates and so I am staying cheap this trip. Not anymore! Lol. Outside doors, close to highway and not friendliest service by any stretch. You can hear everything outside that is going on so I’m not sleeping well. Def regret staying on a budget this trip. Even my shower had hair in it and just not worth the $$.

The food was stale, the front desk was pleasant however the cleaning people were extremely rude. They entered when the do not disturb sign was on, they blocked another guests car in their spot and were forced to wait longer than necessary. And for the price of this hotel I can stay at the Hyatt for the same.

LINDA — LINDA — LINDA !!! I came into town spontaneously for 10 nights, and only a 2 days of reservation… I thought I could just go online & grab a room anywhere in Seattle (July 28^th — Aug 10, 2013) NOT — -!!! ALL of Seattle is 100% BOOKED SOLID !!! The AMAZING LINDA worked with me and booked me thr my entire trip, often having to search for rooms bi daily, as they were «over sold»!!! I never knew 3 – 4 days out of I had to move hotels — (due to over bookings) LINDA stayed with me, updated me, made me her #1 priority of truly phenomenal customer service and she would call me when rooms opened up and was able to keep me in the same room thr out my entire stay— I have personally nothing less then stellar things to say about LINDA !!! She represented herself & Baymont Inn & Suites to the maximum in every level imaginable !!! Voting for LINDA for: «EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR» !!!

This Baymont Inn is old. You can tell. Overall the rooms were big and clean. They do have a spa (didn’t use it) and coin laundry. Three levels and it’s a motel. Area is very nice and it’s right off the highway. Good weekend rates and would reccomend.

Nice hotel, let me check in 3 hrs early, front desk was very friendly and room is great for the price I paid.

Really liked this motel. Was there on business and it served the purpose just fine. Reasonable rate. Nice, spacious, well designed with tons of counter space. There was an open closet with a long rack and a long counter underneath where you could lay out your suitcases. Very thoughtful. It had 2 sinks — one in the bathroom, another outside the bathroom, great for 2 adults. Again, lots of counter space around both sinks. Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo, conditioner & hand lotion. Nice. It seemed relatively new and cheery. The bed was nice & comfy, slept well. There was a spa but i didn’t try it. Big luggage racks (several of them) readily available outside to carry stuff to/​from the room. Oh, and fresh Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the lobby on arrival — yumm! What a nice touch! I’d come back to stay here anytime.
