Comfort Inn

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to I-​405 and Willow Creek business park. The bed is about the softest I have slept in for a long time. The staff is friendly. Hotel is 3 floors but no elevator. Interior stairs provide access as do the exterior doors as the parking lot slopes from floors 1 – 3 as you cross the site. This is my second visit to this hotel and would use again if in the area. Very reasonable compared to others in the area of similar quality.

Very clean, front desk lady was very nice and gave restaurant recommendations, decent tv channels. Bed was a little too soft for me, but overall great stay.

This place is a heap. Stayed here for work. The place was sold out, had to pay like $ 153 for a single night and got a room where I was underground. Old dated carpets. Needs a remodel bad. Hopefully management sees this review and upgrades this place especially for what the are charging. Shower was all clogged wouldn’t drain, room was very small and musty. Breakfast room had one girl working and they could not keep the food out it was gone by the time she dropped off a plate and then she was gone trying to refill. Feel terrible for that poor lady running back and forth a 10″ times.
I would stay here for $ 70/​nt tops but they are gouging customers for what you get.

This is just a hotel. I would stay again if needed but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
It’s a bit over priced, the beds are a little hard and the walls are thin. Also it does NOT have an elevator.
That being said it was clean and had easy access off the freeway.
The people were pleasant but I was a little upset when I asked where the laundry room was they didn’t inform me of the hours it was open and that it was already closed for the night, but oh well I was tired anyway.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
My mom booked a pet friendly room so that I could be there with her to help her recover from surgery. First of all they didn’t have a handicap accessible pet friendly room. We arrived the day before her surgery to find that we have to walk down a flight of stairs (they have no elevator) to get to our room which has a toilet that looks like it should be in a preschool. Neither of these will work for post surgery. My mother’s surgery had some complications so she had to stay in the hospital the second night. I cancelled the third night and choose to take her home (90 miles away) the next day instead of coming to this terrible setup.
After one of the most stressful days of my life I came back to this hotel to get some rest. While I was eating dinner a light bulb in the hotel room EXPLODED and CAUGHT FIRE for a good minute. The smoke detector less than six inches from the light did not make a peep despite the cloud of smoke that came out of the light fixture. My room was filled with a very toxic odor so I went to the front desk, explained what happened and that I was now feeling sick from the fumes and said that I really would just like to check out and go home. They offered me a new room which I declined. After the stress of the day and the headache/​chest pain from the fumes I wanted my own bed. They said their system would not check me out, I would have to come back the next day just to check out. After 10 minutes arguing with this lady I said fine, I would be out of the room in 10 minutes and she told me to leave my keys in the room. Fine. I went home with a headache and chest pains from the fumes.
I come back the next day and the new lady at the desk says that I have to pay the full price of the room, the best they will offer me is a refund on the pet fee since I was in the room until about nine pm. OF COURSE I WAS IN THE ROOM! I THOUGHT I WOULD BE SAFE BUT I WAS NOT! She kept arguing that they had offered me another room and I hadn’t returned the keys to the desk so they thought I was still in the room. She also kept arguing that when she went into the room while making me wait in the lobby she only smelled cleaning supplies. OF COURSE it had been more then 12 hours with the window open and the maids had cleaned the damn room already! She said that she couldn’t do anything else. She had no compassion and kept talking over me and arguing with me.
Summary: We paid over $ 250 for a sub par room that caught fire, made me sick and added a whole new level of stress to an already stressful week. NOT COMFORTING AT ALL. I will never be staying with Comfort Inn again and will be advising EVERYONE I know to do like wise.

First the staff was very pleasant and always kind!!! Great job! We stayed in the suite on the first floor and for $ 200 a night it wasn’t worth it. It smelled like smoke and musky. We then moved to a smaller room on the second floor which smelled much better but the toilet leaked. The free brkfst was good. Overall, it was okay. Staff was nice but the rooms were old. Wifi connection was okay as well.

First of all I live most of my life in hotels. No, not just a lot… the majority of nights per year I am in a hotel. So in some ways I’m less sensitive than most but I am hyper alert for certain problems.
This comfort inn is average. They do have a hot breakfast with meat and eggs. The rooms are clean and staff was polite.
The walls are thin and I can hear a lot of moving around etc from around me, but I’m pretty used to that. There is ample parking.
One of the simple but nicest things is there is a red light at the entrance, sonits easy to get in and out. It is about 100 meters from the interstate so its easy to get wherever you are heading.
Not super fancy but a good spot.

We stayed here two nights and it was ok if you need a place to sleep or take a break from sightseeing. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. The room was cramped since there were two queens, a computer desk, table and chairs and a lounge chair, and TV. But we liked all of those things so didn’t mind the narrow paths. The WiFi was good. Breakfast had plenty to offer — waffles, cereals, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, toast and sweet rolls. The hot «eggs» were round shaped, white patties, not tasty. There were sausages, too. The AC was needed once during the day and it was very noisy! That might be a concern if you needed it on a hot night, or do they have hot nights here? The water did cycle from hot to cool and back but was manageable. There is no elevator. The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful and other guests at breakfast were nice, too.

Not a bad place to stay, the price is pretty high considering the hotel. Only complaints was pool closed early, shower water randomly gets super hot and they are doing some updates in the hotel.

worst hotel customer service ever seen. I travel constantly they will never ever stay in a Comfort Inn again. ended up getting the room at 2 a.m. after driving for newly 16 hours. they have landscapers outside my window at 7 a.m. Shoveling rocks. when I ask them to switch rooms already give me some sort of a discount a refund they were incredibly rude. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody

Dated but clean rooms with comfy bed and flatscreen TV. Basic breakfast with serials, eggs, sausages and fruit. Since recently the free wireless internet is also ± useful (2Mb up&down iso a few kb).

After contacting corporate office and several not so nice correspondences I must mention that reluctantly Comfort Inn finally issued me a credit over a month later. Very unfortunate management at this place. I hope it changes in the future. Since my experience was so negative, I am leaving this review up.
I give this business’s management a big fat ZERO. No consideration for DEATH IN THE FAMILY.
My mom was dying, was at the Evergreen Hospice nearby. Mom lived for 9 more days. My family in California tried to find me a place to shower and use wi-​fi for a few hours. They called me with the reservation information but it was apparent I would not be able to get away for even a few hours to Comfort Inn in Kirkland. Family tried to cancel reservation 18 hours before I was to be there.
Management told them, «don’t worry, charge won’t go thru. You’ll receive an email shortly.» Never was given a cancellation number nor ever received said email but we were charged for the night that we did not use. At the time, it appeared that all hotels in the region were full. So I’m sure they rented the room again and made double the money that night.
I’ve called Comfort Inn directly and spoke with Gabby. A good business would credit the night for bereavement reasons. Airlines do. In fact Alaska Air credited and changed my flights and so did Advantage Car Rental — they both made last minute changes and gave the best price available for bereavement reasons.
It is disgusting that a business would take advantage of some one at a time like this.
They have forever lost this extended family and friends business. Of course it is obvious they don’t care.

This place was great! Cheap!
We went up for a weekend of wine tasting, and Comfort Inn was the closest affordable place to stay. It was $ 89 bucks a night, had breakfast in the morning (waffles, juice, fruit, etc.) a pool, a hot tub. Rooms were basic, comfortable and clean.
Sue at the front desk was the best! She was so sweet and friendly and accommodating. If we could’ve taken her wine tasting with us we would’ve. Sue!

Outside is pretty unattractive. However, the lobby wasn’t bad for a less expensive place to stay. The rooms were completely remodeled, comfy beds… nice feel. The gym wasn’t bad either.
3-​stars due to strange customer service. When we got there, the receptionist/​manager was the only person working. We arrived at 5:30 or so… prime time for arrivals. She was taking a reservation on the phone, and there was someone already waiting for her to check-​in, and then we were next in line. Sorry… in-​person customers are first. Loooooooooooooong wait.
Then, during check-​out the two guys there seemed confused. Slightly disorganized.
Breakfast wasn’t bad. The egg choice was hardboiled eggs.
