I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Khouri. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, due to a breast deformity, but Dr. Khouri was able to correct my deformity. His methods of transferring fat to the breast is extraordinary. The surgery did leave me with a lot of pain from the liposuction and the recover was not as fast as I had hoped. But the results were one of a kind. Dr. Khouri and his staff were very friendly and explained everything to me.

Roger Khouri and his staff exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process. I had breast implants performed when I was too young to understand what I was really getting into. I went to your typical revolving door surgeon and makes sense why my breasts rejected the implants and there they became deformed. Roger Khouri was sensitive and caring throughout the process of meeting him and understanding the vision I had for what I’d like my natural breasts to look like.
Not only did he perform a perfect removal but he perfectly did the fat transfer and my natural breasts look amazing. Also the perks of roger khouris methods for fat transfer allow for him to «shape» your curves. He made my butt plumper and took off what would have taken me a year in exercise alone. You know those stubborn love handles and saddle backs that we tend to struggle with.
Two year after my surgery with Khouri and now completing my second follow up, the before and after and progress pictures are all amazing.
I urge anyone thinking to do this type of procedure to pick the best and dr Khouri truly is the best.
With any procedure you need to take care of your health before undergoing this type of physical demand for recovery and that’s why I am saddened when people have negative results.
My advice is make sure you fix your health, fix your gut, keep low stress and eat right. Only then after you get rid of the inflammation already existing in your body and the toxic burdens can you have positive results from any surgery or procedure.
It’s a team effort and once we understand that the health decisions we make effect the procedure being done can we then have successful outcomes.

Bad results and horrible care. Khouri did not listen to a patient who been through the ringer and knew what preop meds were needed. Single pill (Emend) to ease extreme nausea was denied. After surgery, felt like I had just had my ass kicked in a back alley brawl. For weeks. The bruising made my long time Internist gasp in horror. This was for reconstruction. Wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Possibly okay for cosmetic fat grafting alone, but my recon sisters should beware.

I went to Dr Khouri for a fat transfer and graft on my buttocks, lower back. Due to radiation damage from tumor in that area. I am very thin, Dr Khouri said he will have a hard time finding fat from my legs, etc, to harvest. I didnt think I was a good candidate for it. He talked me into it said «dont worry». In the meantime my insurance covered the whole cost. I did not see big result and after having my legs stabbed multiple times with that instrument, really didnt want to go through another needed… procedure.
Dr Khouri insisted this second procedure had to be done. Then DAY of second surgery he said «you don’t have any fat!» I was about to walk out of there. I should have! After surgery both my front thighs were red, swollen, feeling hacked apart, I knew something went wrong. Dr K woke me and said he had a hard time finding fat so had to «scrape my muscle tissue to find fat». HE
write to do such a procedure on me! For weeks I was numb, couldnt use my legs, walk normally without a cane. MRI showed severed medial nerve! Thanks to Dr K. Weeks tuned to months., months. to YEARS. I tried to sue him, we couldnt find an expert witness., so my case was cancelled. Its a shame. I am on permenantly disability., lost my job. couldn’t work in the busy hospital anymore. I barely go out, date, anything. Pain and numbness is day to every day. Its been 2 ½ years! No improvement. Very sad. I should have just left it. Cindy in that office to is rude, pretends she is your friend then turns her attitude at you. Very aweful experience. I should have ran out and never looked back. Very sad.

Dr. Khouri specializes in natural breast augmentation. He’s a leader in research on micro fat grafting and the use of BRAVA. Fat transfer is a great alternative to saline or silicone implants because it means there’s no chance of rejecting a foreign object in the body, no cuts or incisions, its minimally invasive and low downtime. Only catch is the price is quoted at around $ 15k. With this type of procedure, I’ve seen it range from $ 10k to $ 20k, so this isn’t a shocker for what it is. Also, this procedure is fairly new and there aren’t that many studies on the longterm effects. Early studies have addressed issues such as breast cancer detection and calcification issues which cause lumpiness, or uneven breast size or maybe false positives for cancer. I’ve talked to his assistant, Cindy. She’s friendly and great with questions in the beginning. (when you get to know her, she actually has a terrible attitude. Very unfriendly and rude). This is a surgery so you obviously shouldn’t do this on a whim, but on top of that, you really can’t do it on a whim. For one thing, you have to do the before consult which includes blood tests and scans to make sure you’re body is good for it. Then, you need to wear BRAVA for like a month or so and scheduling with the office is not that easy. When I go through with it, this is my guy. He’s the best. His reputation seems to be worth the amount of time, money, and energy putting up with his assistants to get what you want.
