GNC has moved to a bigger brand new built out location next to The Island Shop in part of the old Blockbuster space. Less cluttered, more inventory and they have pretty much all the protein powders, electrolytes, gels and power bars I need for my athletic pursuits. Tip: they have a Gold Card membership which is free that gives you big discounts on the first week of every month.

Dear GNC of the Key, I had to get some more Vitamin D3 the other day, as we had run out at home and I was starting to feel a cold coming on. I can honestly swear I’ve NEVER noticed you before, and when I asked the cashier how long you’d been here(thinking this was a new store), I was shocked when she replied 11 years. WOW. Talk about getting bit in the face if you were a snake! This store is very small, and long. Going back a ways. It’s jam-packed with all of your products, so it’s kind of hard to maneuver around without feeling like something’s going to get knocked over. I was able to find what I needed, and the cashier was very helpful. Unfortunately, the Vitamin D3 you have here comes in a white tablet form, which is always so chalky and powdery on the outside that it makes it hard to swallow. Ick. Now I know where to go if I need to grab some vitamins on the go. Conveniently located across the street from my job, and in the same shopping center as Winn Dixie and Archie’s Pizza. :) Yay! Thanks GNC. I feel better already! All the best, SabrinaAnna*
