Karen and Patrick Buckley are — HANDS DOWN — the best realtors you could ask for! They know everything there is to know about buying and selling and they really get to know you during the entire process.
I first met Karen when my boyfriend and I wanted to go see a house I found on Zillow. From there, she took us on many hunts for a new home. She really understood what we were looking for and worked with our price point. Prices have risen a lot recently, so we have yet to purchase a home, but in the meantime, I decided to sell my own townhome. Of course I asked Karen to be my realtor!
Karen spent many, many hours talking with me in person AND on the phone, sending emails, and even texts. She was the most responsive realtor I could have hoped for and always had helpful, detailed answers for every single one of my questions. If she was unavailable at any time (which was rare!), Patrick stepped in seamlessly to assist. Karen worked with my HOA, the title company, and the buyer’s agent to get all the information needed and everything always had an incredibly fast turnaround time.
Karen and Patrick even did the staging for my home and it turned out AMAZING! I very nearly had second thoughts about selling the place! Karen had a professional photographer take the photos for the listing and they turned out really well. Patrick took some of the photos himself and they were excellent — he has a great eye for how to take listing photos! Karen and Patrick even did a virtual tour website and gave me a DVD with the staging photos as a keepsake.
When the house was in the final closing stages, Karen and Patrick came by to collect their staging items and even helped me getting some of my heavier items into my moving truck. This was such a great help to me and I appreciated it so much.
On the day of closing, Karen actually drove me to the office and was there to help walk me through all the documents before signing. It was a HUGE help and such an amazing thing for her to do. I really felt she had my back from start to finish.
On top of all this, Karen and Patrick are two of the most warm and genuine people I have met. They both have a great sense of humor and extensive knowledge on every aspect of the buying and selling process. Karen’s past experiences as a broker and Patrick’s past experiences at Zillow make them a really well-​rounded team who will give you the best real estate expertise around. In fact, I dare you to find anyone better!
Karen and Patrick are the best team you could ever ask for and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them whether you are selling or buying. They ROCK!

WAYNE SNOEY and DEB SNOEY are two amazing individuals! These two have been doing this for so long and know the ins and outs better than any realtor/​broker I know. Deb Snoey’s office is the first one you see when you walk into COLDWELL BANKER BAIN, and the second thing you will see is her smiling face welcoming you in! Wayne Snoey is amazing when you talk with him, and just someone you would want to work with! This office is organized, professional, warm, and filled with some of the most incredible and knowledgeable people I have met in this field. Love the office and love the people! Located at KENT STATION, so the location to drop by and do business with them is also great!

Almost 10 years ago I met Mary Pat when we purchased our home from her and her husband – they were builders at the time. We absolutely LOVE our house and all the thoughtful details that Curran Custom Homes added to it. When the building market slowed, Mary Pat became a realtor – so when my parents started looking for a house close to me (Federal Way) they knew Mary Pat was the only person for the job. As a builder, she knows the ins and outs of good construction.
My Dad found a house in my neighborhood that he was very interested in – imagine my surprise when Mary Pat talked him out of it. When is the last time a realtor has done that? Because the house has several sets of stairs and a lot of yard maintenance, she suggested we look for something that he and my Mom can enjoy for years to come. She was absolutely right.
Mary Pat is a realtor with integrity, knowledge, and could not be a nicer human being. I love this woman. You will too.
