Super busy today at 11 am. The parking lot was FULL and they were cranking out the coffee and bagels like it’s free. Fresh coffee. So-so whole wheat bagel.

Horrible customer service and attitude. They can’t follow a simple direction on my order. I asked fpr to #7 as ordered and they kept messing up because they didn’t listen. Insanity

This DD’s service is definitely lacking and the orders are messed up on occasion. They will fix their mistakes if you catch them in time and show them your receipt.

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts a few times now and the service is certainly lacking. The first time I went there, they made a mistake on the one breakfast sandwich I ordered and added cheese. When I brought it to their attention and asked for the correct sandwich all they did was scrape off the cheese because I could still see the remnants on the edges of the croissant. The next time I went I confirmed with the woman as she was pouring the coffee that it was in fact French Vanilla she was pouring me like I asked and she gave me a startled/confused look. I ended up coming home with possibly the worst cup of hot DD coffee I have ever had. I’m not sure if they just add syrup rather than brewing it(or if the wrong syrup was added), but it was certainly different from the cup I bought the day before at another DD. Overall, the donuts are good, fresh not stale, same with the sandwiches. Make sure you’re specific with your order and check it before you leave the store!

Worst dunkin donuts ever. There are 3 in less than a 2 mile area and this is the worst one. Go there 5 days a week and maybe get 1 cup of coffee that isn’t burnt. Ask for a French toast bagel, get a French roll. English is not the primary language in this location.

This is «our» D & D and the best of 4 in the area. I would have given a 4 star review but some new staff has brought it down a bit. Everyone here use to handle your donuts, muffins, etc with the wax paper and throw it away but some of the newer folks are putting it in the bag like most other D&Ds. Why do I want a dirty piece of wax paper trapped in a bag with my food? Otherwise this place is A O.K.
