This place overcharged a guy for his drink. I felt bad because the guy was overcharged when the person got our orders mixed up.

Don’t know what happened to this place. Maybe it was because of the weather today. Staff was pleasant and manager was very nice but my sandwiches were cold. I was already on the road when I realized it. Guess they were rushing to keep the line moving. Unfortunately you can’t rush and keep up the quality.

If you get here after school lets out avoid this DD like the plague. Tons of kids of all ages like to just hang out here. Not that that’s a bad thing… there are far worst things they could be doing. It’s just I could barely walk in the door and once I pushed through the sea of kids I got in line… or so I thought it was a line till I realized I was next I just had to push through six more
really needs to get some control over this place.

Definitely one of the better Dunkin Donuts around here. Friendly staff and thy always have a fresh stock of bagels and donuts. Free WiFi here too.

Waited over 10 minutes before an employee noticed there were people on line, waiting to be helped. Customers left angrily after yelling and trying to find someone to serve them. Horrible service. Never again.
