My go to place for all my auto needs. The staff there is friendly and helpful. They take their time to find out the problem and offer the best and economical solution!

Have used them for our inspections and oil changes as well as two other occasions for other automotive work. First time was to mount tires which they damaged my wheels. I had to have them repaired and re painted. The answer for that was not to charge me. Great you damaged my wheels for free! Today I had an alignment done on my truck. I was quoted for work that couldn’t be done on my vehicle and then the work that was done was done incorrectly. I was told they would do a 4 wheel alignment on my truck and adjust the «toe» on the rear axle. I asked how that would be done on a solid rear axle vehicle? The answer was «Oh yeah I guess not, huh?» Price dropped at that point. I feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t know anything about cars because this is the kind of shop that will charge you for things you either don’t need or don’t have. That is a bigger issue than anything I had done. During my alignment they twisted up the boots on my rack and pinion when they did the alignment. This would cause the boots to fail at some point down the road and cost me a lot. I don’t think it was intentional, but it was some poor work that could cause me to pay a considerable amount down the road. Mistakes are made and when I called I was told all the techs had gone home for the night. They are in my neighborhood so they are close. I went over and wow they were still there. The guy that did the alignment was rude. I told him this could have really cost me down the road. They could care less. I won’t be back, which stinks because it is so close to home. The biggest thing to remember about this review is they tried to charge me to perform a service that couldn’t be done on my vehicle and dropped the price when I challenged them on how that was to be done since it was impossible on my truck. Dishonesty is a bad thing in automotive repair!

Fast oil change! My wife has used this company for years. I decided to give them a try. I dropped my car off for a quick oil change and that is what I got. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! Phillip and Billy Bob took the best care of me. I got my car towed there on a Sunday, they called me before 8am Monday morning to ensure they got my key in the drop box and they were already on their way to finding out what was wrong with my vehicle. They even truly seemed excited for me when it wasn’t a major problem with my car. I live in Downtown Houston and driving out to Katy was looking to be a challenge for me. Billy Bob drove my car to my house in Montrose from Katy! He even put $ 10 worth of gas in for me without a way for me to pay him back. I will definitely be going to their sister location at 610 & Memorial from here on out. Honest dudes, hard workers, and excellent customer service.

My Nissan Titan needed new tires and after talking with Tanner about options and pricing I knew I was getting a solid deal. I compared their shop vs Costco and Discount but Tanner still could provide more at similar pricing. Very impressed with professionalism and I will be a repeat customer. Thanks.

Basically proceeded to ‘fix’ my tire how they saw fit without consulting me, so once I went back to have them take a look at it, the manager pretty much said my tire couldn’t be fixed si they did all they could, and if I wanted to order a new one, so no real explanation just pushing a sale. Now I got a messed up tire that vibrates because the way it was fixed, it was better off left alone.
Very poor customer service from the manager, condescending and rude attitude overall. NEVER going back there.

I am in the military and they have proudly service two of my automobile for the last 3 years. Their customer service and expertise helped me on my road trip to my next designation in California. I would highly recommend this place to service your cars!

Love this place… they are always really friendly, seem to be honest and don’t try to push things or sell me products/​services I don’t need. I feel like even if I did have a problem, they would do whatever they needed to make it right.

HONESTY. QUALITY. VALUE. It’s that simple. Most of us are not knowledgeable about auto repairs and diagnosing mechanical issues in our vehicles… So we depend on the skills of these mechanics to find and fix those problems, their honesty in giving a «diagnosis and prognosis», and their charging a fair price for the services. It sounds easy, but we looked for a quite a while in this area before finding Phil at Cinco Auto & Tire (and had some pretty bad experiences elsewhere… Rhymes with «Striver’s Auto» !!).
We’ve been customers for about 18 months, and I still remember our first visit: I called and asked if I could get a second opinion on some work I’d been quoted at the «other» place. He told me to bring my car in and they’d check it out to see if they found the same things! Then if they did, that I could bring a copy of the first estimate with the prices blacked out, and they’d give me a quote on the same work to compare. Sounded fair to me!
So they checked my van and told me the results: they gave me a reasonable timeline for each thing they found (some needed fixing now, some could wait 6 months, and some a year… The other place made everything sound emergent!), their price quote for each item was less than the other place’s, and they offered a ride home and pick up service during the repairs! Home run.
We have been back to do everything from state inspections, timing belt, full set of tires, tune up, windshield wiper replacements, alignment, balance & rotate tires, and various small mechanical repairs along the way (between 2 vehicles). Phillip and his staff are always professional, courteous, honest, and efficient. Once, they even brought my van home to me for payment and delivery after a larger repair that took a while, as I was home alone with the kids! That’s customer service.
Sometimes repairs take longer than you’d like, sometimes the staff is super busy and not as attentive as you’d like… So what!!! They are working hard to do a good job at a fair price. That’s what counts! And that’s what earns and retains repeat business.

As the Captain of the Fulshear Police Department we must trust our mechanics with our fleet vehicles. We tend to put many hard miles on these police cars and it shows.
We trust Cinco Tire and Automotive with the service they provide. Phillip (Manager) is top notch when it comes to customer service and always makes sure the cars get taken care as quickly as possible without sacrificing service to others. One of his mechanics, (Johnny) is fantastic at his craft. Many times we go in expecting the worse as far as cost and diagnosis, only to be told it was an easy fix and the cost is minimal.
If you are looking for quality work and especially a company you can trust, I suggest you give them a try.
They get it. They realize that honesty is the key to success. Without honesty and a fair price, they would falter. Word of mouth can sink a company, especially in a small town or area. Phillip and his crew understand this simple concept and it is refreshing to witness first hand.
On a personal note, even before we began to take our police cars to this location, we experienced service above and beyond. They had just opened and my family and I were enroute to San Antonio on a family vacation. We noticed a flat in one of our tires. We knew they were newly opened and took our vehicle there. They fixed it quickly, did not charge us and even gave my daughter a Goodyear Blimp blow up toy (which she still has.)
Not only do they take care of our police cars, they now take care of my personal cars. My wife drives a VW Diesel Passat. Johnny specializes in diesel.
Last thing in my long winded review; the free coffee from the industrial Keurig, the massive flat screen and the free wifi makes the waiting for your vehicle… not so bad.

Left my wheel for a tire replacement (had a flat, tire destroyed beyond repair). Ordered 2 tires for delivery the same afternoon. Never called me back. Went back the next day, the store manager (who took my order) was not there, the remaining crew had no idea what I was talking about, showed them my order confirmation, they looked it up, and it had not been ordered. Took my wheel to DISCOUNT TIRE, which is a much better shop anyway. They ordered the exact same tire I had (almost brand new, so should not be necessary to replace 2), and put on a loaner tire (!) while waiting, so I don’t have to drive on my spare!

I’ve been coming here for quite some time now, these guy’s are great. Quality, professional and honest. It gets no better than this.

Tanner, the service advisor was busy but had done state inspection for two of my vehicles in the past, did not appear overly busy for a weekend. Told me 35 minute wait chose to leave car and run errands, asked them to call me if they had to replace side marker lamp as a message had flashed on prior to me pulling into here.
Three hours later, Billy says my car is next in line to be inspected, seriously. Did not have another 3 hours to wait, several people were coming in at the time I was leaving and they were being turned away. Waiting room is clean, location has easy access, staff helpful in the past, but not today

These guys have always take good care of my company fleet vehicles. I will take my personal cars there in the future.

I walk in and the front desk employee (white guy, shaved head) just stares at me. A few seconds pass and I finally say, «Hi, do you sell batteries?» He began rolling in his chair toward the computer but did not answer. I ask again, «Well, do you sell batteries?» He finally responds with, «Yes.»
He asks for my name, I give it to him and added that I have not been here before.
After an awkward exchange he asks me for the key and tells me that I can wait «over there» in the waiting room.
While waiting, another employee went to my car to start it, couldn’t, left to grab the charger but left the driver side door open and unattended for about a minute, and then returned to drive my car into the shop.
About 15 minutes pass and another employee comes in and says, «Sir, your battery needs to be replaced.» I replied, «I know, I told the guy in the front that I needed a new battery.» Furthermore, the grand total for a new battery is $ 170.12, which included the service fee and disposal fee.
This first impression does not bode well for a service oriented business. It is likely that I will not return because of (1) the initial service, (2) the lack of service, and (3) the price for a new battery.

I’ve been a customer of Cinco Tire & Auto for years. They are always friendly and professional when I come in for service. I really appreciate their competitive pricing, coupons and no pressure tactics when discussing car needs. I never feel pressure to buy anything from them; After I do my research they almost always win out in pricing. When they don’t I still consider them b/​c I believe in giving a good business my business. Love their shuttle service to my neighborhood and gym when waiting on my car.

Too bad I don’t need my oil changed more often! The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by all representatives of this business is extraordinary. It is my privilege to be their customer, hopefully for many more years!

I have been to this store twice & both times I have had an excellent experience. Phil the Service Manager is very nice & very helpful. He provides excellent customer service. The store is clean & the waiting area is comfortable, has WiFi & a flat screen TV. I am very pleased the service as well. I highly recommend Good Year Cinco Tire & Auto.

Cinco Tire is the best!
My husband and I have been using Cinco Tire since it opened. In fact, we are their first customer! The reasons for the 5 star rating are many but here are our top 5:
1. Competitive pricing (tires, oil changes, maintenance — i’ve shopped around)
2. Clean facilities and a great waiting room — free wifi, coffee, waters and plenty of seating
3. Timely and efficient service — whether you make an appt or walk in, they do their best to get you out as possible.
4. GREAT customer service. Phillip and the team are always friendly, honest and helpful. And as a woman, it is refreshing to not be talked down to or lied to…
5. Shuttle service if you need it!

I have been here twice now once for a tire change and the second time was for a new pulley for a belt.
The service was great very customer friendly and very detailed on what they are going to do with and for your vehicle.
They even offer shuttle service if you need it! :)
