Yesterday my car suddenly broke down near Cinco Auto and I believed it was a dead battery. Given that I had been to Cinco Auto in the past for inspections and oil changes and always received great service I opted to call them to see if they would be willing to come jump my car. They graciously agreed to do so and were there quickly. Once the car was jumped, I promptly drove to Cinco Auto where they quickly serviced my car and changed the battery. They were not only professional and helpful but kind and caring. I will continue going to Cinco Auto and recommend it to others.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my experience was today with the owner, «Junior» and his lovely staff.
I don’t think any woman likes to take her car in to be serviced let alone, at least for me, know what I was talking about. I had new tires put on yesterday & needed an alignment. I was in by 9AM. Junior told me the car would be ready in a ½−1 hour. I had forgotten my $ 10 coupon at home along with my phone. Junior was so kind he drove my son & I back to our home, NOT for the coupon but instead my phone!!! He took my honest word for it that I had my coupon.
Now if you expect to him to drive you back in a 5Star Luxury vehicle you will be disappointed. This isn’t Hollywood after all. Lol! He drove us back in a brand new Hyundai. I was so impressed with his shop. The waiting area has Great LaZBoy furniture, plenty of magazines, 3 vending machines & the cleanest environment I’ve been in for a car shop. I grabbed my phone in the house & he drove us back to the store. My car was done before the hour! Junior made sure my car was washed inside & out before it left the lot.
Alex put ArmorAll on the tires & cleaned the inside also! Junior had Alex throw in a scent with the car wash I could choose from for inside of the Camry also. The girl behind the counter, who’s name I will include later, was kind & down to earth like the rest of the staff. My dad was so impressed he had his car inspected as well. In & out within the hour. Thanks Again Junior! You made us very happy today!!! Junior you now have 2 more very satisfied customers to add to your list. If your looking for down to earth, honest, hard working people bring your car into Katy Auto. It’s a family run business that reminded me of home .

Good service, nice waiting area. The technician was nice, but he recommended the fuel induction that I later found out from a quick google search that wasn’t that necessary for a 50k mileage car — the labor cost for that service was also more expensive than the part, which made me pause a little. I’ll give them benefit of the doubt and maybe come back later.

I’ve always gotten great service here. Though with any clean garage I feel I get it at a premium price.

This morning was my first time coming here. I only needed an inspection and was in and out within 15 minutes. I was also treated with great customer service. I will definitely be returning and referring.

Uh-​oh. Not quite as enthused as we were. We went in recently and there was, at least for us, a definite change in the feel of the place – we felt lots of pressure to commit to some repairs that were quoted to us as much more expensive than in the past. Two stood out: it was recommended that we have a wheel hub assembly done to the tune of over $ 700. Interestingly, we’d just HAD the wheel hub assembly replaced at a dealer a few months prior. The second repair we declined was a $ 1900.00 quote to fix some seals that are available online for $ 4 – 10 each. Even accounting for labor, it seemed excessive. We opted to have the work done elsewhere this time.

Customer service is great! Always friendly. Service on my car is excellent every time. This is my go-​to spot for oil change and state inspections. Hours of operation are very convenient.

Like in Seinfeld… a good mechanic is hard to find. I like taking my vehicle here whenever there is a problem, or I think there is one. They don’t try to sell you stuff tou don’t need and don’t screw you on cost or the qualty of service. Highly recommend.

The service here was excellent. Very friendly and very fast but $ 40 for an oil change seemed really expensive. I kinda regret going here cause it’s more expensive than where I normally go cause I relied on Unilocal!Reviews BUT it’s still pretty good whatsoever!

Moved here and did not know anyplace to take anything. My old Ford had some issues. They ran diagnostics and kept me informed. They recommended another shop for exhaust work and then back to Cinco Ranch Auto. They made the repairs and cleared the codes. Jim was great, prices were fair but service was outstanding! Would definitely go back.

Great experience, my fog light on my Infinity M35 cracked and after calling some locations this was the best priced part with installation. Even though the part had to be ordered, manager tracked down part and called to tell me they can get part within a day or two. When I called the dealerships they were saying it may take a week or two. After getting to site, manager had my car immediately pulled in and before I can finish checking my emails and messages service on my car was done. At most it was under thirty minutes. When I spoke to service representative at SW infinity, I was told the car will have to be left there for day. All together the cost and time to get my car serviced was excellent. On way back I drove past a three other car service providers and will continue making longer trek to Cinco Auto. Will always call Cinco Auto first before calling other mechanic shops.

This place has amazing customer service that is so hard to find most places! I’ve taken my previous vehicle there for a while and always had a great experience — friendly service and good information without the hard upsell tactics.
Just today I took my new vehicle there and he saved me about $ 40 by letting me know (before doing my oil change) that with this car the dealership would be a cheaper option due to a special oil it requires. That is honesty!
I will definitely continue to use them whenever I can. Highly recommend!

This place is excellent for small things like oil changes and inspections. As for larger jobs, get several quotes from competitors. I’ve gone to Cinco Auto for two separate issues and was consistently quoted almost twice as much as other auto shops. When I contacted Cinco Auto, I was told that they would not come down any on their quotes, so I took my business elsewhere.
As for their customer service, the mechanics always meet you outside and everyone there is very friendly.

Excellent service! Friendly staff. I always hate going to any oil change by myself as a woman… But I didn’t feel taken advantage of in any way. Great experience overall! Got an oil change and new battery for under $ 177.

I got my oil changed and a flush service on my Ford Truck. The folks at the counter were super nice. The shop is very clean and inviting. They had me in and out in no time. I will definitely come back!
Oh, also joined the eclub and saved $ 5!

I had an oil change done and air filter change here and it was less than 20 minutes. They don’t try to sell up on services. This is very important to me. The service was great, quick in and out. These guys are a great neighborhood shop. I’m a fan.
