City life can be fun for us, but can sometimes be rough on our pets. With our services, dog owners can come home to a happy and exercised dog. In addition, cat owners can relax when they come home to a freshly cleaned litter box and happily groomed kitty!

We pride ourselves on the highest levels of professionalism and personal care that we provide to our clients and their furry companions. My name is Sophia and I am the founder of MetroPAWS KC. I established this company to help provide pets with the best care possible. After years of working in boarding kennels and doggy day care facilities, I learned that animals are truly happiest in their own homes: Where they can be surrounded by familiar sights and sounds and other things that comfort them while their owners were away. It eliminates the stress and anxiety that some pets may experience in boarding kennels and I honestly believe that professional pet sitting is the healthiest alternative.

I created specific services to help meet the needs of pets living in urban areas. With the dog park visits and daily walk services, I can provide exercise relief for dogs living in homes without backyards or to those who lack regular outdoor activity. I also created affordable pricing to help meet the needs of ALL my clients.

Taking care of animals is not just my lifelong passion, it’s my job and I love what I do!
