I started going to Fountain of Life a few years ago with a foot problem. I had suffered with severe plantar fasciitis since 2004. The pain was so bad that when I woke up in the morning to go get my infant out of his crib, I crawled. I had seen several medical doctors but all they wanted to do was give me pills to mask the pain and wrap it to give me more arch support. I knew in my heart that this wasn’t a long term solution. A friend had been seeing Dr. Joe at Fountain of Life and told me that maybe he could help. I started seeing Dr. Joe in January ’09. He started adjusting me and helping me. One of the techniques was called Graston. It WORKED! I was amazed that after a few months of getting regular adjustments and also doing the Graston Teqnique on my foot that I had no more pain in my feet. I went from rarely walking and always on pain meds to running and no meds at all. I truly appreciate Doctor Joe Knudson and his staff for giving me the ability to walk, run and be active again. In 2012 I was also able to run two Half Marathons!

I came here for a massage and Angel was my massage therapist. This is not your typical relaxation Swedish massage place, although I’m sure they would be happy to perform that if you requested. I have back pain and my shoulder/neck area is pretty tense, and she was able to work out a lot of my issues. I really enjoyed the hot stone massage as an add-on. Angel sat down with me before our session to look over the history chart and really seemed to listen to my concerns.
The only reason why I only gave this place a 4 stars is because at the end of my session, I felt she was really pushing me to schedule an appointment with their chiropractor. Granted this IS a chiropractic office, I don’t have any desire to see one.
The office is very clean and smells good, which is always a bonus. The front desk ladies are welcoming and friendly. I felt much better after my one hour session with her.
