Experienced staff and doctor, makes a big difference in the overall quality of your outcomes. I didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell anything, such as contacts, glasses or even treatment. They are honest, tell it like it is at this office, and I sincerely appreciate that.

I highly recommend Laferla Family Eyecare. Dr. Jeff took the time to explain my son’s needs to me and then talked to my husband via telephone because he was running late to the appointment. My husband had more questions than I did because he has required eyewear his whole life, and I was so thankful for Dr. Jeff’s patience and understanding. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I’m a huge fan of Laferla Family Eyecare. I know its a weird thing to say about an eye doctor, but its true. I first started going to this office about 5 years ago. Unfortunately I moved away shortly after starting here and never found an eye doctor I really liked in my new city. I actually considered just staying with Laferla and coming back for my appointments. Well I am back in Kansas City now so I have started going here again. Once again they have wonderful service, a friendly staff, and very knowledgeable doctors. They also have a great selection of glasses.

I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I booked the appointment to the time I left the office it was an impressive experience. They guided me to an appointment time that left me with the least amount of wait time for what I was coming in for to the extra time spent with me picking out my frames and lens options. Everything was well explained and I even stopped back in to show my frames to my son for his opinion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Family atmosphere is right! I’m a new patient and I went in today for my annual eye exam and honestly from the second I walked in I felt the genuine care they had for patients. They took their time with me and were very patient all while getting to know me and encourage my educational goals. It means a lot to me to not feel rushed and I am happy that I found LaFerla. I would highly recommend them especially if you’re in the north land. Beautiful office, atmosphere, and positive attitudes!

I have been a patient of Dr. Laferla since he was part of Dr. Glass’s office over on North Oak. I followed him to his new practice even though it is quite a drive for me now. He is a great eye doctor and I am very happy with the care I receive from him.

Dr. Laferla and his staff are the most professional group of Opticians that I know of. Highly recommended; I would not think of going anywhere else!
