Awesome! Got a new engine put in my car and they quoted me much much lower than any place I went. Had the car back earlier than expected and they communicated with me about everything that was going on! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Went here three or four times over a couple of years and they did OK work. I stopped going because I didn’t trust them not to over-​charge me. On my last visit I disputed a charge of $ 50 for refilling my radiator — not flushing, just replacing the coolant. The charge was so high because they claim their coolant costs $ 20 a gallon. «I was in Wal-​Mart the other day,» the technician said to me, «and was surprised to see coolant at 18 to 20 a gallon.» I looked up Wal-Mart’s coolant prices on my phone and none was over $ 11, which I showed him. He took off the labor charge, but the refill still cost me more than $ 40. To top it all off, when it was clear I wasn’t happy the tech said to me, «We’re a business. We’re here to make money.» That was it for me.

First things first. I’ve been going here for a few years now. Bring three automobiles here. I used to go to the dealer for oil changes and repairs. (I know, overpriced but I just did what the hubby did.) I needed some new tires fast and a friend recommended this place to me. Purchased four new tires. They were pricy but they were also way better than the ones my new car came with. Now I forgo Jiffy Lube for oil changes and come here instead. I’ve also come in to repair tires with nails in them and most recently came in for major brake work. The car was checked and inspected and after about an hour they came out with the estimate. Damn! I wasn’t planning on spending nearly $ 1000 on repairs for a less than 3 year old vehicle. I quickly investigated other estimates from my phone and read extensively where my type of make and model is known for junky brake rotors! (Thanks but no thanks Honda!) I also found where others have had less wear and mileage and had to do this same repair at far less mileage. I guess I should feel «lucky» instead.
Pros:
The guys here are super cordial and friendly. When I used to go to Honda, I had a creepy guy act a little weird with me. Ewwww. These guys are fun and friendly but totally professional.
They explain everything in detail and are upfront with you before starting anything.
I have never felt that I was being ripped off or taken advantage of. And I do research! Like I said, always professional.
Service is quick. They try to work with you and get you in and out.
Bottom line: if you need an oil change, major or minor service work, I recommend them!
BONUS! After picking up my car today, they informed me that they gave me a 10% discount on my unexpected service.
