Massage Envy is the pioneer and national leader of affordable massage and spa services. Nearly a decade ago, Massage Envy was launched to create a completely new category in the wellness industry. Our intention was to promote a healthy lifestyle through affordable massage and spa services. As it turned out, people liked this idea.

I went into massage envy and got the best service from the front desk associate named Ashley and my massage therapist Kristen! If you are in need of a massage you should make your way down to Kaneohe she won’t disappoint you! Kristen is amazing at what she doesn’t and makes sure that you as a patient understands what and where the pain maybe coming from. She gave me tons of great advice on how to keep myself in check. And when you make your appointment don’t forget to ask for KRISTEN!

Love the service and calming atmosphere. Basically the same service all round the country. I first tried it in Las Vegas and now this location. My friend locked in a membership deal so she can get her body done monthly. Kind of wish there was one on Maui and I would totally get one. I really like how the therapist gives you suggestions. Totally going back if I’m on Oahu.

The massage was wonderful and at the introductory price of $ 50, it was great and convenient. I didn’t buy the membership however. Who can spend that much money? It’s too bad they don’t sell smaller memberships like a three month or six month. Committing to a year of massages is too much money.
The massage room was comfy, bathrooms nice and clean and they greet you with either a cup of water or tea.

Been going here about a year now. It’s a really nice treat to yourself. Everyone can use a nice massage to help ease the stress of every day life. Kaneohe location is great. There is plenty of parking. The store is really clean and relaxing. The girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone! Val is amazing! She knows how to get the tough knots out!

When it comes to massage parlors, this is as good as it gets! The staff are very friendly and welcome me by name for each visit. Kristen is the best therapist I’ve ever had, and treats me like more than just a client. Each massage is tailored to my needs, and although I walk in exhausted and sore I walk out feeling like a million dollars. Kristen always gives me tips and advice and makes it clear that she cares about my overall health and wellness. Whatever you need from a massage, this is the place to go!

For the price this is a great option! Their customer service is great and the location is nice and clean.
I would recommend booking at least a 90 minute massage as the 1 hour is actually only 50 minutes because you spend 10 minutes dressing and doing a consult. It goes by so fast!
I also really like the affordable add ons. If you want the extras great, you can add them on but if you aren’t in the mood for them and just want a basic massage, you can do just that!

They have a great special which is also what is on Unilocal so nothing extra for UnilocalERS. Very nice waiting area with exceptional customer service. The atmosphere is very inviting. The massage rooms are very cozy and soothing. I asked for 90 minutes with deep tissue. I have never had such a hard massage. I tolerated it as my muscles were really tight and shame on me for not telling therapist it hurt. I was sore for 3 days and hurt worse after than I did before. I take full responsibility for the outcome but would think they would know how hard they are working the muscles.
I may try again with another type of massage but certainly not the deep tissue.
I also think the girl who checked me out tried desperately to sell me a package I did not want and felt the sales pitch was a bit much. When someone says «no thank you» that should be accepted and specials should not be continued to be pushed on you several more times.

I always have an amazing experience at all of the O’ahu locations. The staff and management at Kaneohe, Pearl Highlands, and now Kapolei (YAY!) are always so warm and welcoming. Every time I walk in they greet me as if I am VIP. I have chronic back pain from a prior injury from falling off a horse (couldn’t walk for 3+ weeks). Needless to say often times I walk into Massage Envy in pain and walk out feeling like a million bucks. I am so happy that I became a member nearly 2 years ago. Mahalo Nui Loa Massage Envy!

If you’re going for a massage, I highly recommend Margarita!!! She’s amazing! I’ve tried other masseuse but I always end up back to Margarita. Costumer service is excellent. They made me feel pampered/​very comfortable through out my entire experience.

I’ve been a ME member for a year and I have to say that this was one of the best choices I’ve made for myself. Stress had been taking a huge toll on my neck, shoulders and back. One year later and I feel like the weight of the world is no match for a ME massage, especially from my faves, Margarita and Val.
I’ve been seeing Val for the past three or four sessions and she has done an amazing job on my neck and back. I’ve got pretty tough knots and she does an incredible job and working them out. Her attention to exceptional customer service and ensuring comfort throughout the massage is the reason why I keep scheduling my monthly massages! Thank you so much, Val!
Another shout out to the incredible front desk staff! They are always so complimentary and friendly! Kree is my absolute fave as she goes out of her way to check on me. A million thanks to Kāneohe ME for being so awesome!

Became a member back in February. I love love love this place. After my first message, I became a member and made it my home away from home. I love the Kāné’ohe branch. The front desk staff is an amazing group of ladies. Smiles everywhere. Shoutout to Cheyenne, Heidi and Kree (sp). These woman make my visits memorable with laughs and smiles. I love getting a facial from Amber. She is great. Very understanding and gentle on the skin. For massages, ask for Margarita. She’s funny and gentle.
Love this place so much that I travel from Pearl City to get my facial and massages done from this location. I’m so spoiled here (Kāné’ohe location) that I don’t want to try the Pearl city location that’s only 5 minutes from my house.

I have been a member of massage envy for almost 2 years and I’m happy to see them expanding. The service as soon as I walk in to the time I walk out is amazing. I love coming to this location as well as Pearl Highlands.
This isn’t the fault of massage envy, but I suggest coming before your appointment to find parking. The parking in this shopping center has always been horrible.

Still kicking myself in the rear for not doing this sooner. I got the 2-​hour full body massage from Kristen; she is a PRO at what she does. Being that it was my first one, I opted to get the deep tissue massage and I’m so glad I did. A lot of my muscle groups were really tight, even some I didn’t expect to be. She worked out all their kinks and even recommended helpful stuff to do post-​massage. I had her focus on my back and neck primarily, and by the end of the massage, I felt like a new man.
I’ll definitely be coming back, being that I signed up for the membership also (lol). The front office staff is awesome also. From booking my appointment over the phone to the check-​in and departure, it was always service with a smile! :):) Much thanks to Kree and Cheyenne!
Needless to say, I highly recommend Massage Envy Kaneohe.

First professional massage for both me and my husband. I had Kristen (medium to deep pressure), and he had Staci (medium but mostly deep pressure). We both loved it. He said Staci went crazy on his back, in a great way. She knows how to get into it. Kristen was awesome. She knew when to get in there and when to be a little more lax.

The ladies at the front desk (Kree, Cheyenne, Ashley) were (for me) the reason I was down for the membership. They are so helpful, personable, and funny. We refuse to have our monthly appointments on any day other than Sunday (the day they work). They the real MVPs. One love

Not to name drop, but MARGARITA IS THE BEST! Have moved back to California and unable to find anyone half as good as her at the Massage Envys here. I get extremely bad tension headaches and Margarita is able to treat the right area with just the perfect amount of pressure to relieve the pain for awhile. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve had a membership for about 3 – 4 months now, and I LOVE love love this place to get massages. I like the way the staff are friendly and welcoming. I love the design and the rooms and the ambiance of this place. Even the bathroom is fancy. can I get a bathroom like that? The massages have always been to my liking. I don’t have a favorite masseuse but they are all equally great to work on my back.
You should get the membership if you are in constant need of massage. I will never go back to spotty appointments, because I have high-​stress, high-​physical job and looking forward to an hour of relaxation and getting out all of my knots is exactly what I need each month. It is well worth it. It’s like a gym membership, you pay a set price every month and you get an hour massage, or if you pay $ 10 more I believe you can get a facial. The massage credits roll over if you don’t use it one month. They have introductory rates for you first massage. You can also get just a massage and not a membership, but at higher prices.
You can also go to any Massage Envy and use your credit, even on the mainland! How awesome is that. i don’t think it gets much better than this. Oh and did I mention the heated beds? Mmm so nice in the ac room!
I appreciate the staff really catering to the clients every needs, and keeping in touch with reminders for scheduling your next appointment.

By far one of the best massage experience I have ever had! I would highly recommend anybody to get a massage treatment here at Massage envy. The entire staff caters to your needs, gets to know you from the beginning of the treatment, and offers you outstanding customer service. I loved the fact that the staff was getting to know me, instead of just putting me in the room. She took the time to ask me questions in order to find out where my body needs to be worked on.
Sure enough, she did an amazing job! I fell asleep on the table, all my tensions are released, and for sure I will come back to Massage envy for anther massage. The pressure was great! I recommend requesting either Keala or Vee as your therapist, they both have a touch of heaven!

At first, I was so shame to check in here, but now that it’s over, I want to tell the whole world how great the Healthy Skin Facial is!
I saw Massage Envy Spa at the Windward City Shopping Center several times because I shop at Foodland, Ross & Longs. I never checked out the prices or services until I got the valpak coupons in the mail. I thought that $ 59.99 «Introductory 1-​hour» sounded good, so I decided to give it a try.
Booking an appointment was easy. The receptionist was friendly and sharp. She got gave me a time that was convenient — and when I met her in person, she was just as bubbly and cheerful as she was on the phone!
I got there 15 minutes early to fill out some forms and figure out what kind of facial I needed. The place was calm, clean, spacious and beautiful! I was introduced to my esthetician, Danika, and we started right away. She was very thorough and explained everything. While the mask was drying, she massaged my arms and hands! Bonus! She warned me that the toner would be tingly — and yes — It was invigorating! While she was cleansing my face with warm towels, I woke myself up at least twice — it was so relaxing!
Sadly, the one hour came to an end and I had to sit up from the heated bed. (She actually turned the heat off for me because I’m at that age already.) I felt like I had died and gone to Heaven (yes — cliché — I know). I asked if all of this was legal because it felt so good! She and the receptionist laughed! I felt so dopey/​happy that I made a follow-​up appointment right away.
Massage Envy Spa made me a better person! I have cleaner skin and am a new, refreshed person! Thank you!

The whole experience was amazing! The facility is beautiful inside and extremely clean, the front desk girls were so welcoming and friendly it was definitely out of the norm (in a good way), and my massage therapist, Lacey, was so professional and thorough. It was unexpected to feel so pampered!
I highly recommend at least TRYING this place out. I mean, if it’s your first time, you get a crazy good deal. I got a 2 hour massage for only $ 99. I added aroma therapy to my massage for $ 10 and you get spoiled with hot towels and hot oils, which was definitely worth it.
