History

Established in 2014.

It started off as a dream and desire years ago to open up a little hole in the wall restaurant to serve others with local food I grew up with here. My mother is white and my father is Hawaiian. Together, the cooking was a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Total fusion as what’s become Hapa Haole cooking.

In 2014, the opportunity came up and so here we are. It’s a rough market, but I always remember that it’s about serving someone else, hopefully to make their day a good one or a better one.
