The service was fast and friendly. Server was very festive with his Santa hat. I got the chicken Alfredo pasta and peach iced tea which is my favorite drink here epically when they put cut up pieces of the peach and put it in the drink. The chicken Alfredo was very good. My mom got the Lobster tail and steak, the lobster was good, the steak however was a bit tough. There were no peaches in the tea so it was a bit of a downer but it Was still good. We also got the goblet sundae. Our server was very nice to ask the chefs to put a little more brownie in the Dessert since me and my mom where sharing. Our server was very attentative and friendly. The host was also very friendly as well. Wouk come back for there friendliness and for my fave drink but maybe with the peaches inside of it this time.

My husband and I called to see if our football game was on. The hostess said is wasn’t but she would be glad to put it on when we came in, so we did. Right off the bat the hostess was rude, she said they weren’t changing the tv’s. We asked about one tv in the corner which had no one watching it or no one remotely close to it. Without even looking she said«Can’t someone is watching it» Then followed to say«Do you want to talk to a manager or what?» It simply wasn’t the fact that we couldn’t watch the game, it was insanely rude customer service. I’ve never been to a restaurant where they treated people like this. Definitely won’t be back which is sad because there breakfast is pretty good, but not worth the experience.

So me and my bf earlier today just finished some of our shopping and we were getting hungry. So we came here, there was no wait for us to get a table. We sat at our table and all I can say is that I never want to come to this Ruby Tuesday’s again !! Our waitress was nice but she had a very bad attitude and some of the things that came outa her mouth was ridiculous… So I ordered a bourbon salmon with rice and steamed broccoli(which btw was freaking wonderful) and my bf ordered ribs and southern chicken tenders with rice, we also had a four way sampler appetizer. So our sampler came out, the waitress gave us plates but no utensils. But I didn’t say anything because we really didn’t need it due to it being all finger food. So when our meals came out another guy came with our plates(btw still no utensils) and my order was correct but my bf’s one wasn’t. only had the chicken and no ribs. So we told them that we ordered the ribs with it as well not just the chicken. I seen the guy walk up to our waitress and I seen her shake her head more then once. So she comes up to us didn’t even say sorry or sound apologetic. She just came right out and told us «I thought you ordered just the chicken, I didn’t her you say ribs» but we told her we did, and once again she said«oh well I thought you said chicken not the ribs, I swear you said just chicken.» I was so blown away but her attitude, her gestures that I couldn’t even look at her anymore. I asked her for my utensils and she said«I thought I gave you guys some? You sure it’s not on your table?» I told her no it’s not. She was the worst waitress I ever had ! Love to eat breakfast here. The coffee is great and the waitresses are friendly. I especially love their baby biscuits! I only wish they would open at 7:00 am instead of 8:00 am. for people like me who eat breakfast early. I always have the Meat Lovers platter for breakfast. Reasonable and enough to feed two people. Mahalo for a great restaurant in Kaneohe!

We were at the mall and I let my wife talk me into going to Ruby Tuesday. I guess that was the main mistake. I quit ordering steak here a few visits back. The cuts are thin poor quality and are never served at the temperature ordered. Next disappointment was they discontinued the triple prime burger which in my opinion was the best burger they had. Ok I guess I’ll be fine ordering the salad bar. Wrong again. Half of the items were near empty or had cross contamination from other items. Boiled eggs in the beets for example. We asked if someone could please attend to the salad bar but I don’t know if the person was new or just didn’t care but on my second and final trip there were still no mixed greens(only iceberg or romaine), croutons, or thousand island dressing. My wife was happy with her bbq ribs and my son was happy with his fish. Their happiness was worth giving three stars for the visit but I will try and avoid this end of the mall around meal time in the future.

Went here twice. The first time it was me and my 5 kids, ages 8,7,2.5,1.5 and 7 months old. My first visit I was super hungry, so I ordered the ribs. It was super dry! The artichoke dip was great. Our waitress barely came around. Second visit it was my husband and I with our 3 little ones. We had a great waitress! Food came out in a timely manner. I ordered the steak and lobster entrée, my husband had the salad bar and we ordered appetizers. Overall, I think that they’re appetizers are better than their main courses. Along with their salad bar. My steak wasn’t favorable and the lobster tail came out dry.

I think we were better off with the food court options. I had a cheeseburger and fries for $ 12, which wasn’t anything fantastic at all. Just didn’t seem like a good value. The service was very good.

Great service. Staff members always greet me and my friends. We start conversations with the wait staff and alway have fun as if we were long time friends. The fish tacos has been favorite of mine which includes the unlimited salad bar.

My husband and I used a Groupon to celebrate our wedding anniversary last night. We have been married to each other twice, so last night was the anniversary of the Wedding Part Deux and we wanted something casual. Tip: bring a sweater, the A/C is cranked up high in this restaurant. Also, there was an undercurrent of an odor(like when a mildewy cloth is used to wipe down a table). We were promptly greeted at the host stand and texted when a booth was available. Our server was with us quickly and took our drink orders. They drinks came quickly. My Superfruit Sangria was delicious. It is one of those drinks that is so sweet and tart that you drink it way too fast without considering it contains alcohol. My Seafood Trio was a firm«ok». I was born and raised in Baltimore, a seafood town, so I have high seafood standards. It was plated without consideration of visual appeal. Basically it looked like it had been slapped on the plate and whisked out of the kitchen. The poor crab cake looked stepped on. The garlic shrimp were large and the right amount of garlicky. The small lobster tail was surprisingly good. The crab cake was the weakest link; smushed and dry. My husband said his ribs were very good and the portion size was so big he took a few barbecue ribs home for the dog. The cheesecake slice was huge but seemed like it had sat around all day. The inside of the cheesecake was smooth and delicious. I left the harder, sticky cheesecake«rind» on my plate and demolished the innards. The food was good enough to eat there again but not awesome enough to inspire raving and not bad enough to inspire ranting. A solid«ok». My compliments go to the staff. Everyone was kind. Everyone smiled at me and treated me as though my business was their pleasure. That is a very hard thing to do considering that customers are impossible. In particular, I was very happy to be seated in Paul’s section. He was prompt, he was courteous, he was funny, he was honest, he was helpful, he was accurate(which is pretty important when it comes to picky eaters) and he was nice. Serving is a tough gig and Paul did a wonderful job last night. If I came in with my family and Paul was our server I would be very happy to see him again. The food was two stars and the service we received from Paul was five stars. So I averaged my review at three stars.

Like any other time I come here I try something else they have to offer. This time I had chosen the ribs. I actually ordered a half rack. But was given a full by accident. The ribs taste very good. Very soft meat with keawe flavoring. The meat falls off the bones which for me is nice lol I don’t like using my fingers to eat.(Which ribs is finger kind of food — I know) the mash potatoes like any other side dish along with my broccoli was nice and light. Over all it was tasty and I enjoyed it. However I didn’t enjoy my peach tea drink I ordered non-alcoholic. It tasted like sirup. I added a lot of water to it to make it taste better…

One of the most dismal dining experiences I’ve had in a good, long time. I was on Oahu for a short trip and took a quick solo hike through the mall to check out what’s trendy these days. Thinking that Ruby Tuesday’s would be a smarter, healthier option than the Food Court, I went in for a cup of soup. It arrived, twenty minutes later, lukewarm, its top congealed. Cream of Broccoli is a simple soup to make, but this was basically little more than a bowl of overheated half and half with a bag of frozen vegetables thrown in that hadn’t properly dethawed. The side of French fries I ordered were also lukewarm, limp, and disgustingly oily. I was also charged for a club soda, my server was practically nonexistent, and the music was grating. I realize this is a venue right smack dab in a mall, but standards should still be met. Overall, this was incredibly disappointing. I won’t return, unless forced. Even then, I’ll duck out ‘for fresh air’ and spend my money at the Food Court instead, if I must.

When you order a expensive ribs and popcorn shrimp entrée, it never looks like the pic on the menu. But this is ridiculous the ribs were warmish cold and small, and the popcorn shrimp was in the warmer much too long and the portions was small.

In Windward Mall, convenient location if looking for a bite to eat and you’re in the mall. I went around 12pm so it wasn’t too busy when I went. The restaurant is nice and comfy. The AC was on full blast so be prepared with a cardigan or something. They had a pretty neat salad bar which looked very appealing and yummy! Sadly I didn’t get to try it because I knew I wouldn’t be able to finish it and it wouldn’t be worth it to pay $ 6.50 extra for some lettuce… I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the blue and bacon burger on the pretzel bun. Our waiter was kinda aggressive. Like he kept coming every 5 minutes to check on us. Our food took forever. we waited for awhile. When we got our food, I kinda expected it to be more moist because there was supposed to be buffalo sauce on it. I only tasted it after I ate half and only in one bite. As we were eating. my boyfriend noticed a curled hair, kinda like a fake eyelash hair on his plate. He was disgusted and annoyed. I guess that’s why I am giving it only two stars. The food was alright. wasn’t the best. Wasn’t a good first experience.

If excellent service and food that met our every expectation is what passes for satisfaction, then they have truly succeeded. It wasn’t as if I hadn’t had the rib-eye before, but I hadn’t had a rib-eye this good anywhere compliments to the kitchen staff. There is a definite sense of family and a welcoming feeling hat helps you to unwind. I’ll will definitely be returning tomorrow. P. s. Alyssa was great

This Windward Mall location is convenient, especially for anyone in Kaneohe, around the Heeia area. This location has a full bar area, that you are welcomed to sit at, whenever the restaurant is full. The service here is very hit or miss. Sometimes, you’ll have a great server who will refill your fountain drinks and water whenever the liquid is even half full, and sometimes you won’t ever see your server aside from when your food comes out, your order is taken, and your check is brought. It’s a 50 – 50 shot. The food does take an AWFUL long time to come out. Which baffles me, because the food, while I have had food there that tasted alright, doesn’t taste like anything special. It doesn’t taste like anything that doesn’t come out of a frozen bag, or a can. The last time we went there, I ordered a strawberry margarita and a the Wild Salmon with a double side of rice pilaf. The rice pilaf is quite good, the rice is nice and has that al dente factor. The salmon was tasty and flaky. What I didn’t like was, I had to excuse myself to make a phone call. The waiter assumed that I «had left» and boxed up my order, without asking any of my friends at the table. When I got back, I saw everyone eating and asked where my food was. To the waiter’s credit, he apologized and offered to plate it again for me. I appreciated that, but I still didn’t like that my food was tampered with before I was finished with it. All in all, if you’re at Windward Mall and you want a sit-down meal, then this is your only option, and it’s not entirely bad. Do not over-order, because the price is not worth it for the quality of food.

Giving this place three stars because our waiter was SO attentive and such a great server. I’d give the food 1 star bleh. I had a coupon for Rubys for $ 25 so we decided to grab a bite before watching a movie. The rubys in town closed so we had to venture out here to use my certificate. We normally order ribs but we were both craving something else(which was a mistake). I got the ruby nachos with kalua pork and my bf got the ruby minis with broccoli and cheddar soup. Ruby nachos: Chips were greasy and did not taste fresh. Kalua pork came out COLD like it had been sitting out all day. There was a lot of cheese, maybe a little too much(which is saying a lot because I love cheese). There was literally a small dollop of sour cream, not enough to satisfy the entire dish. The best thing about the dish was probably the jalepenos, which is pretty sad since that just comes out of a can. Ruby minis+Broccoli cheese soup: Minis were standard but the soup tasted so artificial and overly cheesy. It tasted like pure melted cheese with junks of broccoli. I love cheese, but this was also excessive… Our server was super attentive. He accidentally brought us chicken noodle and then promptly gave us broccoli cheese and told us to keep the chicken noodle soup as well. He kept checking on us and even packed us to go containers for our leftovers. I probably won’t be returning unless I have a dire craving for mango kiawe ribs. Most of the other food tastes super artificial and microwaved… I can do that at home too.

I agree this is a three star place. The portions are big but the meals are missing something. My fresco chicken was a little tough; the mashed potatoes didn’t taste freshly made and the green beans were not perfectly done. The service was good. Two teenage boys in our group ate an enormous amount of food: heaped plates from the salad bar, most of an appetizer plus a large entrée.

Walked in to get a table. The wait was about 20 minutes but there were tons of open tables. We asked about the bar and the hostess said that if we sit at the actual bar we can have full service, but not the booths, which makes sense but then, she kept going on about how people seat themselves and don’t understand the difference. My husband said to me, «maybe we should try Gyukaku» The hostess interrupted our thought process and said as she ushered us towards the door, «well they are our sister company so we we’re still making money». Yikes. It’s too bad, we would have stayed for the 20 mins but that hostess was such a turn off. Now we don’t necessarily want to go to the sister company either(but their customer service is much better).

Ya know, I’m usually willing to give a second, hell even a third chance, to most people and businesses — and Ruby Tuesday is no exception. Although we’ve had horrible service experiences at the Ala Moana location, we figured maybe a different location = different experience. NOPE!!! What the heck is going on??? The food isn’t all that bad, actually. Overpriced? Yes, but not bad. It’s all about the service, or lack there of. Each time that I’ve gone to Ruby Tuesday, I have yet to have a positive visit(yes, it’s my fault for going back). I don’t understand WHY they can’t find servers that, at the very least, can fake like they give a s**t. Tuck your f’n shirt in for Christ sake; look at me when you ask for my order; smile. This is basic customer service. I get it, sometimes we’re stuck doing something that we’d rather not be doing, but when you’re in the service industry, you need to learn how to fake it til you make it. On top of this, the service was SLOOOOOW. Granted, the kids’ mac and cheese came out within seconds, but when it’s microwaved, that’s to be expected. Our burger and quesadillas, however, took FOREVER. AND the server FORGOT the drink and dessert that supposed to come with the kids’ meal. Had to ask for those to-go. Strike three.
