Worst service ever. Never right. Over an hour and still wrong and no food. New manager again not trained.

I know most people come here for their organic pizza but I always get there sandwiches and salad. They always use fresh ingredients and it always tastes so good. My favorite salad is the pear salad with walnuts. If my daughter comes with me she always eats the Cheese Pizza. Prices here are very reasonable I usually get the 2 Z special or if I come with my daughter I get the 3 Z special.

Please note this was formerly a 4 star review and the new score is purely based off customer service. I am a long time z lover I probably eat here every week. Moved to a new address just barely in kaneohe so thought I would order some z called placed my order gave my address and asked TWICE if they were sure they could deliver to it guy on the phone said yup no problem. Sadly I did not catch his name as I was already annoyed bc I had to repeat my order 3 times for 2 pizzas. 35 minutes later I get a call from Jasmine who I assume replaced this guy to tell me that I am out of their delivery zone. It’s another 20 mins before I can get there then another 20 back. By this time my pizza is barely warm. And I paid full price for the pies at least jasmine said they were sorry for the screw up. It will be a very long time before I eat here again if ever. Which is a shame bc the food is quite good Please note that I’m not pissed I had to go get it I’m pissed I was lied to and no effort to compensate was made.

zPizza. I am a BIG fan. Your pizza is one of the BEST that I have ever had. I’m so happy that you are there for me when I need you. You are so dependable, but in a really delicious way. This visit you saved me from heating up leftovers from the fridge. That would’ve required way too much effort for me as it was already late(6:30 pm) for dinner for the kids. I called while I was on my way home. The person who answered he phone was very polite. I told her that I wanted to place a take out order. She then asked if I wanted to use my free small pizza offer. I was stunned, but just for a second. Based on my phone number that came up in their system(I did not give it to her, so I am assuming that she got it from their caller ID), she was able to pull up my zPizza rewards information. Excellent! My pizza was ready in about 20 minutes. That was enough time for me to run the kids and groceries home. The Kailua location is in the same building as Boots & Kimo and Island Yogurt. There is a private lot in the back of the building and street parking. I walked into the place. It is a big place compared to the Ward location. It is very clean. The cashier greeted me and I told her I was there for pick up. I paid, she gave me my pizza, and even walked me out to hold door open for me. What service! Got home in 5 minutes. The pizza boxes were grabbed by the hubby. Everyone dug in. We had a pepperoni & mushroom pizza and a cheese pizza. It was appetizing! Needless to say, the pizzas were all gone within 30 minutes. The ingredients are fresh and you can just taste it. For the service and food, I will always come back!

SLOW service — Restaurant was empty and it took over 30 minutes for a take-out order of 2 small pizzas.

Awesome. Love this place. Great pizza however it is a bit expensive. There really is not a better place to get pizza in Kailua. Pizza Hut is horrible.

I love the Berkeley vegan! I’m the only one in my house who eats vegan so its nice to be able to eat pizza when my family is eating it. You can also create your own pizza here.

Rubbery and expensive, Zpizza is not going to cross my lips again. It’s too bad because it seemed new and offered a gluten free option. We got 3 pizzas(GF and regular) spent $ 80 and no one in our party liked their meal. The tables were so wobbly and the order took an eternity to process. Sorry~

Pizza was pretty good. Gluten free and vegan options are a must for my family. It’s pretty pricy, two smalls and a large with drinks for 60 $. They do offer 10% military discount so that was another plus.

Got to zpizza at 10:05am, super excited for food after the Hapalua. The doors were locked but the sign on the door and the website said they opened at 10am. We called the number listed and a guy answered with just a «Hello?» I asked if I had called zpizza and if they were open. The guy said«uh, I think we open at like 10:30.» When I told him the sign on the door said 10am, he answered with«uh, okay» and hung up. We should have left at that point but waited until they FINALLY opened the doors at 10:25. Then we had to wait until 11am for mediocre pizza«because the ovens just got turned on». I was happy for a gluten free, vegan option, but super disappointed with the lack of customer service and the way the store is run. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

This place is the biggest rip off. A pizza that costs $ 38.00. We didn’t want to be rude, so we thought that maybe its going to be really good. Well, it was really bad. You are wasting your money at this place.

Zpizza in kailua. So ono! Loved every bite! Unilocal reviews said this location sucked but I found it to be great. Pear and Gorgonzola salad was amazeballs. Pizza was good it’s half carnivore and half Tuscany mushroom. Also they have a key for a bathroom. Take a right if you exit the back side of the building. Look immediately to the next for for the elevator. Once in the second floor look to the left. Bathrooms are there. Super clean! Which is beyond awesome. My now 4 year old doesn’t go anywhere there is a dirty toliet. Yep… raising a diva.

I’ve only been to this zpizza location once, and it was for an interview because the company I was with was doing an article about the business. On a weekday during the late morning, the eatery was getting ready to open for lunch, and I’m sure this Kailua location is a bit more relaxed than the Ward Centre zpizza location. zpizza is known for its fresh, gourmet approach when it comes to thin-crust pizzas. Though these pies may be a bit more expensive than others, the company says the higher cost is attributed to the use of high-quality, fresh ingredients – ranging from sauces to toppings – on their thin-crust pies. I’ve actually never ordered pizza from this location yet, but the managers were sweet and showed genuine hospitality by providing my photographer and I a pepperoni pizza on the house(to both photograph and try). Here’s what I would get, though, if I ever dined at this zpizza restaurant: «ZBQ Chicken»: I love all things BBQ, so I can’t wait to taste this BBQ pizza in the future. It comes with BBQ chicken, corn, cilantro, BBQ sauce, tomatoes, roasted peppers, mozzarella and red onions. I would make a few modifications to my pizza – no tomatoes or red onions for me – but even without these ingredients, I still think my pizza would embody the traditional BBQ flavors. I especially look forward to trying the sweet-yet-tangy BBQ sauce. «Provence»: This option contains artichoke hearts, mozzarella, tomato sauce, tomatoes, capers, roasted garlic sauce and basil. I would probably just get this pie sans tomato sauce and tomatoes, but everything else – such as those capers and artichoke hearts – sound delightful. I’m especially excited to try this pizza because of the capers; I love having capers on my salmon or in my pasta, so I’m sure I would love this pizza creation. «Napoli»: If I’m in the mood for a more traditional pizza, this is the one I would go for because it contains the basic ingredients that I’d want on my pizza(with the exception of those tomatoes). It features Parmesan scheese, mozzarella, basil and roasted garlic sauce. Bonus points because this pizza doesn’t contain tomato sauce, only the roasted garlic cream sauce that I prefer. «Casablanca»: White pizza at any pizza location is usually my go-to, so I had contemplated ordering this option as well from zpizza. It sounds delicious because it’s cheese-heavy, so I’ll have to try it in the near future. This pizza comes topped with Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic sauce, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, button mushrooms and ricotta cheese. Again, though I normally don’t go for mushrooms, I would probably make the exception on this pizza since all the other ingredients sound so yummy. «zCarnivore»: If I’m in the mood for a meatier pizza, this pie provides the perfect solution. It comes topped with housemade marinara, all-natural pepperoni, ham, fennel sausage, smoked bacon and fresh oregano. I normally don’t go for meat-heavy options that include steak or beef, but I like the sound of this pizza because it features some of my favorite meats — namely, bacon and sausage. «Tuscan Mushroom»: I normally don’t like mushrooms, but these savory, chewy ‘shrooms complemented this pizza quite well(the first time I tried it was at another zpizza location). It included thyme, truffle oil, feta cheese, caramelized onions, roasted garlic sauce, mushroom mix and mozzarella. I ordered my pizza sans the caramelized onions, and I chose this one because it featured creamy garlic sauce instead of the typical tomato or marinara. Plus, this pizza contained some of my favorite savory ingredients like Feta and truffle oil(truffle oil on pizza or fries is always a plus). I liked the creamy garlic spread on here, but the garlic flavor itself wasn’t overwhelming. And, of course, the cheesy medley was on point and the mushroom mix added welcomed texture to my pizza. «Greek»: I do enjoy a good Greek salad from time to time, so I’m sure I would enjoy this pizza selection as well. It includes red onions, oregano, tomatoes, feta cheese, greek olives and mozzarella. I would order this pizza sans red onions and tomatoes, but I love the added savory taste from strong Feta cheese and oregano. «Meat Calzone»: Once in a while, I’ll get a craving for a calzone, so I’d be down to try the zpizza one at some point. This option includes Italian sausage, ricotta cheese and marinara … simple and not too crazy, just the way I prefer my calzones(more typical and with fewer ingredients). «Chicken Penne Pesto»: Though I would probably order a pizza if I’m getting a meal from zpizza, this pasta dish sounds yummy if I ever decide to deviate from those savory flatbread pies. This pasta is flavored with basil, salt, basil pesto, pine nuts, button mushrooms and grilled chicken. Just reading the description has me convinced that this pasta dish is to die for based on its basil and basil pesto(pesto is one of my favorite sauces/spreads). Definitely can’t wait to try this noodle dish someday.

My wife and I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza online. The ordering was easy and straightforward. We were told it would take 40 minutes for delivery. The pizza cost $ 27 plus tip. 25 minutes later the driver delivered the pizza! The pizza was poor. It was undercooked. there was not very much of the cheese and pineapple toppings on it. The sauce was bland. I’ll upload a picture of the Leftover pizza. Next time we’ll try somewhere else.
