History
Established in 2012.
We are a newer tour providing company here on the Big Island. Located in Keauhou Kona right next to the Akule Supply Co. We started this company after seeing 1st hand how other companies provided generic tours without accurate Hawaiian knowledge. We are Hawaiian owned and operated. We have a rich knowledge of Hawaii’s history & culture. Our lineage on this Island dates back to 1100 AD. If you want to experience Kona and our beautiful resources we are hands down the best Hawaiian tour provider on the Big Island. Our grandfathers were named by the British Consulate as ambassadors of the Kealakekua Bay (place of Capt. Cook Monument) and have layed the foundation of civilization here in Hawaii. No other tour provider can come close to what we offer as far as culture and history relates. Experience true Aloha and gain memories to last a life time out on a tour with us. Guaranteed to be a highlight of your trip !
Meet the Business Owner
LeeAnn L.
Business Owner
Aloha all, LeeAnn Leslie is a Hawaiian woman and a lineal descendant to the kings and queens here in Hawaii. Born in 1977 in the Kona hospital. She has lived here all her life a true Kona girl. I have never met another Hawaiian as passionate about her culture and resources. She has 16+ yrs. in resource management both cultural and natural specifically Hawaiian archaeology. Her focus of study has primarily been between Keauhou and Kealakekua where her grandfather was the last Hawaiian man to live right next to the Capt. Cook Monument before the U.S. navy took the land away and tore down their home only to put a light house up a few hundred yards or so away. Her family is the only family to posses fishing rights within the Kealakekua Bay which is a marine preservation. Her grandfather established the 1st mooring system in Kona for the steam ships to tie up as Kealakekua Bay was the hub for all commercial activity before the use of airplanes. Come and meet her on our tours. Aloha !
