History

Established in 1994.

Utilizing his knowledge of real estate and his background as a CPA, John Maxfield founded Prudential Maxfield & Company in January 1994. He quickly built the company into a multi-​million dollar, multi-​office operation. After selling the Prudential branded offices he has reverted to his original Maxfield & Company Real Estate and continues to serve his clients throughout Metropolitan Boston.

John has applied his creativity to marketing his company and marketing his clients’ properties. He was an early innovator in the industry and continues to employ devices that are not to be found in any other agency.
